Felix, the manager, totally took care of us on transferring data and doing the setup on the two new phones (Iphone 13 and Google Pixel 7) that we bought online. He offered to stay late, after store closing time, if necessary to ensure everything transferred. While we waited we shopped accessories and he was very knowledgeable about those as well. Friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and service oriented, Felix ensured our new phone experience was pleasant and painless. Five stars!

Terrible service, was supposed to have a simple line port from VZ to AT&T and it has been 3 months they still havent gotten the issue with my line figured out and currently being thrown back and forth between VZ & AT&T Stores as well constantly being charged port fees because it was not originally done correctly. Suppper Frustrated with my experience switching and still dealing with the headache of being on the phone for endless hours with these wretched phone companies.... SMH

Absolutely terrible customer service! Tried to come in and trade in my phone and the employee was sitting there watching a movie and told me he was on "Lunch" and told me to come back! Very very unprofessional will not be returning to this store!

Changing my review from a 5 to a 1 star.We recently went to the Holladay AT&T to switch our account from a different carrier. At first, the rep seemed knowledgeable, and we were confident that the cost would be less than our previous carrier, as the rep had indicated.Then came the bill, which was more than twice what we expected. It turned out that none of the options/discounts we had asked for had been activated, and when confronted, the sales rep denied all responsibility. In retrospect, it seems like all was just lip service, and that the rep was not even familiar with some of these features, in spite of claiming to be.In summary, this location seems to excel in: misinformation, incompetence, and total lack of accountability. Run...

One of the worst experience I have ever had with any company anywhere. My whole experience with AT&T was horrible. I dealt with multiple people with and the majority was terrible at best. Anyway, I had terrible customer service reps on the phone who didn't know what they were doing, I asked to speak to someone else got put on hold and then got told that they weren't going to let me talk to someone else. Finally I got somewhere with one rep on the phone was told to go pick up a sim card kit at the store, so I did, when I went to activate it I was told that it belong to a phone number already, how that could have happened made no sense. So I was told to go back and get a different one. The kid that was there, very first thing that he says is sorry no refunds on sims cards. I tried to explain the situation and he did not care, so I said fine I will buy another one. He then responded that he has to be able to get into my account, which hasn't fully been set up yet, the reason I need just a sim card. So he pulls up my phone number that obviously is not going to have a pin or any other information other then my name address and port phone number. So refused to sell me a new sim card because I "can't be verified" by this time I have lost over a week of time going back and forth from customer service to the store. Please do better.

Just went to the att store and had the worst customer service in my whole life! Miranda is the most disrespectful unprofessional person I have ever met. She took advantage of my mother and lied about her whole bill and will do nothing to fix it. Att should be ashamed to have someone so awful working for them.

Zach was great! Very helpful and told me anything I have to call customer service for I can get the same help at the store! Considering AT&T customer service is atrocious it’s nice to know I don’t have to deal with them!

We showed up to get a new phone for my wife. We were there about 10 min before they opened at 10. After waiting until almost 11:45 we left.I called the store later that night to make sure they were scheduled to open at 10. The manager answered the phone and let me know they indeed were scheduled to open at 10. I let him know that we were there for almost 2 hours waiting and he said that the guy that was supposed to open didn't feel like coming in, because he had worked black friday. He also said he didn't care and that it was ok for the guy not to show up. I let him know that was not ok, and he offered for me to speak with his district manager. Gave me his phone number, that started with 555, and of course it didn't work.This place is extremely rude, and unprofessional. I could not believe the way I was treated on the phone. I will never go back to this store again. There are plenty of other places, like Best Buy, who can help you out.These "At&t Authorized" stand alone stores are understaffed and extremely rude.
