I love showing up, knowing what to do and having such a great workout set and ready to go. The trainers are fabulous and give support, encouragement and teach you about proper alignment and really feeling the movements in your body. A great community!

I haven't regularly worked out in years but coming in for my first class with a friend I was immediately hooked. There's modifications to the exercises starting out so you're never left feeling like you can't do something. Everyone is pretty friendly and the facility is very clean. Can't recommend it enough.

I have really enjoyed my first few weeks of f45. Typically, weightlifting is my preferred exercise, so f45 is great for incorporating higher intensity cardio into my program.

I just recently starting going to F45 and it has been a game changer. I love the ever changing workouts, the coaches are so helpful and kind too. My workouts are definitely a step up with F-45!

Didn’t feel like the most welcoming environment. I wasn’t greeted by anybody. I was only asked my name so they could record that I came. Good workout though.

I haven't been able to work out for several months due to a back injury but I miss this gym everyday. Coaches are so kind and helpful and I've made some great friends that I wouldn't have otherwise met. Never thought I'd be waking up at 5 for 6AM classes but this community made it easy. I can't wait to get back!!

I love F45 because it gives you no time to do anything besides workout! F45 Holladay has been so fun and coach Eliza is amazing and my favorite coach I have ever worked with!

DO NOT SUPPORT! This gym was one of the best gyms in Utah, then they got a new owner and everything changed. He is on a huge power trip and has gotten rid of every reason I loved F45 Holladay. Sad to see it change. I know I am not the only one with these feelings!
