Just wanted to print one sheet of paper from an email. Was going to cost $4 and the manager couldn’t assist me or provide any other solutions in any other way. Customer service is disappearing!

Very efficient, helpful staff. Very nice people. Had a heavy, large package and it was quickly taken care of. Even getting out of my car. I couldn't have been happier with the service.

Alan, Ben, Payten and the whole team at this Holladay location are always SO helpful when I go in. I completely changed over all of our printing and shipping needs to this store, even though it's a bit further from my house, because you just can't beat their customer service. 10/10 recommend - they're the best. :)

You guys are awful my package has been in transit from you hub 10 minutes away for a week now I highly suggest ups or Amazon fedex is the worst mailing company I have dealt with I dread the sight of a company I buy a product from using fed ex it instantly makes me regret ordering online I've had to call multiple times set up a pick up and it wasnt set up properly next time I see a package from fedex I'll just cancel the order its not worth it itll be a huge waste of time just a heads up

My package was supposed to be delivered on 11/12 and as of today, 12/1, it still has not been delivered...it's just floating around somewhere and I got charged twice for the package to be delivered and I don't even have it yet!
