While it pains me to leave such a poor review, this is by far the slowest and least efficient FedEx store in the valley. Dropping off packages here is always a slow process requiring a ridiculous amount of patience, and I often find myself ignored by the (many) employees staffing the location when I enter. Recommend going to a different FedEx location for your shipping needs.

Do not go here because the old man is rude !
He gets mad and very lazy to explain for the product . I tried to print my programs but never explained and he just told me that please read the instructions with aggressive voice ! Thanks a lot

Terrible customer service. I shipped a package here and paid extra for tracking. The employee seemed half asleep and failed to provide me an email or text confirmation (despite having provided my email and #).
Bad service. Fedex is the worst.

Alan was so sweet to help me fax something today. I have never faxed anything, I think he could tell so he offered to come help me if needed. He assisted me through the process and I appreciate how easy and positive he made my experience :)

I came in with a complex project. Initially one of the workers told me I could probably set it up online, but Dee overheard and said, "Since you're already here and have your document on a jump drive, let's take a look!" She very quickly set up my print project, which included both color and black and white printing, as well as some single-sided and some double-sided printing from one pdf document. I also requested spiral binding. She noticed that this was for a church, so she let me know about a discount that allowed me to make sure I could have enough copies printed while staying within my budget. I was so impressed with her service that I asked how I could leave a review, and she gave me this site. Thank you, Dee! P.S. I just found out that my project will be ready same day when the original estimate was 3 days from now! I continue to be impressed!

Don’t come here for help with your passport. Although there’s a standing sign that says they can help with expedited passport. Employee told me they don’t really help with passports, not a passport office, it’s all done online and they don’t really have anything to do with it. They can take a passport photo and sell you computer time. The manager said the same exact thing. So I left and got my photo taken at the FedEx on 33rd and 7th in less time than it took for these guys to explain to me all the ways they couldn’t help. Not the kind of customer service you trust to take a photo.

Alan was the most helpful agent I’ve ever encountered at a FedEx print location and I’ve been to many! He was super friendly as soon as I walked in and so helpful even while juggling multiple customers at once. I had to print 3 separate labels and he was so patient while teaching me how to work the self service printer. Loved how warm and welcoming Alan was and I hope he’s here everytime I come in!!! <3

They are always very helpful, nice and communicative! I do a lot of online orders and they call me to confirm and call me when it’s ready for pick up! I’ve worked a lot with Benjamin and he is extremely professional and beyond friendly! Love the staff here!

Alan is extremely friendly and helpful. He made sure to show me what I would be getting in the finished product before placing the order and took time to understand what I needed completely. He is very patient, helpful, and genuine.
