“This is a very good option for businesses in need of quick liquidity. This company is not the right fit for every business, but has been a lifesaver for my company during the pandemic and was referred to me by an advisor. These poor reviews make me think business owners aren't reading their contracts and that's on them. If they don't read or understand the terms of their contracts, they probably shouldn't own a business or at least hire the right people to do that for them. I negotiated the terms of my contract with VFI. The lending requirements are much less strict than banks and the processing time was much faster. They made exceptions on things and bent over backwards to help me pay my vendors. I will refer them anytime! To all the Administrative assistants and secretaries out there, give an email for the rep to send info to. You don't know the financials of the company you work for, this may be just what your company needs to stay in business or expand!”
“Without Utah Microloan Fund, my chances of getting to own a Dental Lab again were pretty slim. The loan I received helped me to purchase the necessary equipment, some remodeling expenses, advertising & printing expenses to initially open. When I wanted to add a Digital Department, we had half that was needed, and they were there for us again to help with the cost of the equipment.
I contacted them again when it was time to develop the Fixed Department. We needed a specialized compressor for the mill and few other specialized items. Once again, they were there for us. They have helped us along the way with every chance of success. We are very Grateful To Utah Microloan Fund and their pleasant and helpful staff.
