We made an appointment with Grace Hansen at 11 am. But she took a walk-in customer right before 11 when she shouldn't have. We waited for over 30 minutes and had to leave. She wasted our time and effort because she took a walk-in customer right before our appointment time, knowing that it would interfere with our appointment. We will never makes appointments with her again.

My husband and I have been using their website to file our taxes. We finally get to a point where it says we need to go into an H&B block building and find an associate to help us finish them up. My husband did so and waited for 50 minutes just for someone to talk to him. There was only one person working there. When it was his turn to be helped, he told her our situation and she just told him that we wouldn't want their services because they are expensive and turned him away. She was rude and did not listen to my husband or our situation. We would have paid for any help. Their loss of our money. Extremely disappointed. Wouldn't recommend.

Grace is not rushed and takes her time with clients. She double checks everything and goes step by step in the process. Laws and procedures change often and she is always able to adapt with them to keep the customers confidence in H&R blocks services. She is always friendly, knowledgeable and memorable year after year.
