I have always had a great experience at other LS locations but avoid this one. Took five hours to do an oil change and fix the rotators on the front wheels. They didn’t have “the right torch” so another location had to deliver it to them. All I got was an “I apologize.” $413 later and I won’t be back.

Love Les Schwab. Noticed a flat yesterday and I got it filled in Midvale.
This morning, flat again, took too the location on Highland Dr. Holladay, 2 blocks from home. They patched for free.
They always get my business.
Friendly staff, prompt. No BS

Deeply disappointed and no longer trust this Les Schwab on Highland Dr in Holladay, Utah. Since did you guys turn shady? Over a month ago, I got my tires replaced. The person recommended that I replace my shocks and struts which was bullocks because I had my shocks and struts replaced 36,000 miles ago. Then my car started experiencing issues such as shaking on the highway. I took my car back in, the manager drove my car, did not even look under to double check my tires. Assumed the noise was coming from the trunk?
I drove up to Idaho to see my family. My car was shaking bad, it started shaking over 60 mph which is NOT normal. I was very nervous and kept on praying that I will make it home safe. My dad had to call the other LS in Idaho to check my car. Indeed, they found out that the LS on Highland did a very bad job, wrong weights and some missing parts. The LS in Idaho had to clean/fix the LS on Highland's mistakes. They were much more honest and have good reputation. I asked them about the shocks and struts, alignment and all looked OK! What is going on?

You should definitely get your tires from here. Forget about big O. Forget about Burt Brothers. Get them here! They had all 4 of my tires changed in less than 30 minutes! Shout out to Josh and Cameron for being the G.O.A.T.S

Do Not! Take your car to this location. I had my lower control arms replaced along with my swaybar linkage from Another shop and the reason is because Les Schwab originally said that they did the linkage, but the shop I later went to said that it was not actually done so after all was said and done and my new shop replaced it. The new shop stated I needed to get an alignment because they didn’t do alignments. My car was fully inspected by my new shop after they did their work and I later fully inspected the work and everything underneath my car was pristine. I went to this Location Of Les Schwab, even though I should’ve known better to get my alignment done. After the alignment was done, Les Schwab informed me that my CV boot was ripped and was leaking oil or grease all over And it needed to be replaced.I was furious because I was just at my shop the day before and everything was perfectly Fine so I know this location of left Schwab is the one that damaged my boot and didn’t own up to it. They had the nerve to tell me that I needed to replace it instead of them taking the responsibility and admitting to what they had done to my vehicle. I’m now at my normal shop and they have in fact confirmed yes that boot was damaged just previously by Les Schwab. Les Schwab is a horrible place to have any auto service done and I’ve learned my lesson after being a loyal long time customer and always wondering why my car was always having problems and now I know. They either damage things intentionally or break things and instead of owning up to it they try to get you for the xtra work.

Hands down, the easiest and best experience I've had with any tire shop in years. They were prompt, friendly and professional. Seth in particular was terrific. He verified the problem tire and made me aware of the failing lug nuts on our truck and was able to replace them for me while they worked on the tire, for no charge for labor. I recommend and will return.

These guys were great! I went in to get a new tire. They discovered that my flat could be repaired and did it for free. The Toyota dealership wouldn’t even answer my phone call. I’m buying my tires from Les Schwab from now on.

Do not take your car here!!! I took my newly bought truck into this location to check the breaks and they quoted me over $3000 on new pads, rotors and calipers. Oh and to modify my front end. Skeptical, I took it to the RAM dealership and they said that I had new pads and the rotors and calipers were just fine. Stay far away from this place!! They will try and rip you off!!! 0 stars if I could!!!

I moved over from BigO tires back to LesSchwab! I worked with Anna who talked to me about my desired service and guided me through a surprise and options I had. I can not be more happy with the service I have received here.
