Hands-down, the best experience I’ve ever had Chris Weaver and his team are amazing. Took such good care of me, answered all my questions and got me back on the road.

I have taken my vehicle here for alignment and tire rotations for 10 years and always have a five star experience. Today they took a total of 20 minutes to rotate my tires and do my alignment. In addition, they have gotten me out of more then one tricky situation. To share one, I had a tire blow out on the freeway and my spare tire had a rusted bolt that prevented me from putting it on the vehicle. I was in a rush and had to tow my car to Les Schwab while I got picked up to go where I needed to. Les Schwab freed my spare and repaired my tire at no charge with little more than me letting them know it was on the way on a tow truck. These guys and gals are the best and perfect if you value your time when it comes to tires and alignment!

I have gone there for years, but my recent experience changed my mind about them. After a tire rotation, they told me I needed the control arm with ball joint assembly replaced on both sides. I got some bids that were half the cost for parts and was told that the parts are cheap but the labor extensive, and when I search the parts online they come as a pair for less than one of the two listed on the bid.I called them since I thought they made a mistake on the bid by putting the parts twice, and they said that they never saw control arms come in pairs and that they are 2 different part codes. They are the same "product code" on my bid, but listed 2 for quantity. These are repaired in pairs and the parts come in pairs everywhere else, so I thought they made a error on their bid and was giving them a chance to fix it. The bid would make sense if the control arm assembly cost was listed once, although still be slightly more than my other bids, but the double charge for parts made them no longer reasonable for a bid. I decided to go to a local mechanic and get the repair for $300 cheaper since they were not double charging me for parts that come in pairs. But, everywhere I called were cheaper estimates than Les Schwab by hundreds.Les Schwab also told me I needed 4 new tires. I bought the tires from them last year, so they were giving a $25 credit for the old ones for not reaching the mileage. So, I also decided this time to just order in the tires I want at Sam's Club and get better rated tires that I could compare online then order to deliver to the local Sam's Club for their cheaper installation cost with a better warrantee which is $150 cheaper than my bid at Les Schwab, even with my credit for the tires I bought from them last year. They even provide free Road Side Assistance with purchasing tires at Sam's for members. I ordered consumer reports best tires for passenger vehicles too instead of whatever was in the store. In the future, I think I may pay for tire rotations at Les Schwab if they allow me to as a "non customer" for not buying my tires there, because they check things pretty good so they can upsell you repairs and it is less than $30 for a rotation (although the reviews are mixed and it sounds like the charge is different for different people) with the full lookover, but I am not going to use them for repairs or tires anymore since they are not competitive for pricing tires or repairs. They have great service for trying to get you in there in the first place, but their pricing is more than anywhere else and their warrantees are often not as good.I read through some of the 5 star reviews and there are some in which the tires shredded right out the door, or got a flat right after purchase, and they gave 5 stars because Les Schwab replaced the bad tires. I am surprised that people don't consider the quality of the tires they received in the first place in their review and only focus on the service to fix the bad tires they bought. Read the good reviews... they aren't so good.

Les Schwab took great care of us. We bought 4 new tires last week. Within a 1/2 mile of leaving with my new tires, my car warning light came on telling me I had a flat tire. I turned around assuming Les Schwab had done something wrong. But no, somehow in the few blocks I had driven I had picked up a giant 4 inch screw that shredded my new tire. It was a half an hour to closing, and they didn't have any more of my tire in stock, so they sent an employee in his own car to pick up the extra tire at another store, and didn't charge me for the new tire. Les Schwab has always provided great customer service and didn't disappoint this time either.

Called at 2:25 to check how long it would take to get tires changed over and let the woman on the phone know id be heading over. Showed up at 2:40 and was told by an employee that they were no longer taking cars and that I can talk to the manager if I had an issue with that. Went to Les Schwab in Murrray instead and was in and out before 4pm. Don’t waste your time and just head to the Murray location!

The fat guy with dark hair tried to scam me and charge me 250$ for a tire mount saying that I wasn’t considered a les Schwab customer because I came in with my own tires (reading some other reviews this seems like a common scam tactic) and than he tried to tell me that I needed a 500$ brake replacement even though I just got my brakes replaced a month ago. Never coming here again, they will scam you dry

From out of town and had a small leak in a tire and randomly stopped here to have it plugged. They weren’t busy. But they came right out the door to greet me and apparently they do this all the time. Nice to see a business that acts like they want to help customers.Screw removed tire plugged normally $20. No charge today! That’s a decent investment on their part. I’d be happy to return to this business.
