This store is clean, most staff are friendly, & Macy's is largely more expensive than other grocer's, but compared to other Macy's I frequent, this store is horribly ran. Shelves are frequently empty, product selection is limited. Products I find in other Macy's stores are hard to come by in this one, and the soft drinks in their convenience store used to be $.99 cents any size, (one of the main reasons I went there) now suddenly their $2.59 for a large? That's insane! Maverick is cheaper than that! I honestly think they need to replace the GM at this store! They clearly don't know what they're doing.

Be careful
Purchased packaged frozen shrimp from this store .
Couple days later defrosted them in my fridge and they are rotten, smell is so bad I cannot get the odor out of my fridge and freezer. Cleaned it multiple times with different products and anything in the fridge smells and tastes like rotten shrimp.
May be purchasing a new unit if I can’t remove this smell somehow.
Butcher/ seafood area always sketch here.

Overpriced and back when lockdowns happened they were price gouging by getting rid of there stores. The whole Maceys chain is corrupt.

My husband just went in for dinner and a few other things. As he was leaving a blonde cashier woman came running and yelling aggressively towards him across the parking lot accusing him of stealing cat food while holding a receipt. He produced his receipt and showed her that he indeed did pay for the cat food and she just turned and ran back without any apology or explanation. We shop there all of the time and we are appalled. Whoever this woman is, please provide her with more training. That was completely uncalled for.

Great little Macey's. I like everything about it but it definitely is a bit on the small side for a Macey's. They may run out of stock if you're getting a lot of something or for more niche items/during their case lot sale. They're very helpful though and will happily order it for you. Just be sure to keep calling back about when it gets in—their employees are pretty busy so they might never call you about it.
