I have had two very unfortunate experience with Mount Olympus clock shop. The first was when my husband who is legally blind, was told by their clerk that a small nutcracker was a quality nutcracker. When Grant brought it home, it was a Chinese fake covered in glitter. I took it back and asked for a refund and was told that they could not do refunds on any purchases. Wasn’t that much money so I didn’t care that much. The second was when I took in a high-quality German music box for repair and when I got it back over a year later, the figures on the top have been replaced with cheap mismatched figures, one of which is an ornament that you can see the cotton string hanging out of the top. I was told by the owner that that was exactly what I had brought in and that they had no responsibility for the changes that had been made. I am a collector of German music boxes so I know what the quality figures should look like. Am absolutely disgusted.

These guys did a lovely job. I needed a repair on a sentimental old clock for my mom. They clearly handled it with care, restored it, and got it back to me in a timely manner. Would come here for any future clock related needs.

Grossly incompetent. I brought in a vintage Timex Q for a cleaning and new battery. They said the watch was unrepairable and they wouldn't restore it. I replaced the battery myself and it works just fine. Will find another shop for the cleaning.

Purchased this vintage clock online and the chain was not attached properly upon arrival. I went to Mt Olympus Clock Shop today for some help. The owner will typically have you leave the clock overnight to take a look at the damage but made the time today to take a quick look at this guy. I’m thankful for this because I had a hungry kiddo and husband waiting for me in the car. They even went as far as re-attaching the chain for no charge. I am incredibly thankful and will be returning later on this year for maintenance. Secondly, the boy with the glasses and blonde hair has great customer service and answered my questions. I might return sooner rather than later to purchase another clock that he showed me that was on display. Thank you for guys for all your help!

Amazing shop! They were speedy in replacing my watch battery and even educate me on the watch. What I thought was a broken hand is actually a stopwatch! ⌚️⏱️

Not many places will repair antique Black Forest cuckoo clocks, but Mt Olympus Clock Shop can! They love and care for many beautiful clocks in their amazing shop. We brought our precious clock in and they immediately looked at it, diagnosed it and gave us a repair estimate. We had to leave our clock in their care for a while, since repairs will be lengthy, but they seem trustworthy and will take good care of our heirloom clock until we come to pick it up when it is "all better" ?

There are several places to get a watch battery replaced but the draw here for me is all the cool stuff at the shop. I have purchased watches in the past here and today was a battery at a fair price and about 10 minutes. Highly recommended.

I have an old Seiko that belonged to my grandfather (30+ years old) that stopped keeping time and had a marker that became dislodged. It’s a sentimental piece and these folks took great care of it, fixed all issues and added a new crystal, internals, etc - it looks brand new! Turnaround time wasn’t bad at all, not even two weeks, and the cost was very reasonable. Would highly recommend this shop if you’re in need of watch repair.
