I have used the pharmacy lately and I am impressed. Some time ago Walgreens at this location had a couple of rude techs/pharmacists and service was slow and painful. That has not been my experience the past several months. I am pleased with the service and the care.

Did someone die in this store? I went here to pick up an item. When we pulled up, we were both jaw dropped at how sketchy the store looked. I walked in and was even more shocked at how eerie it felt. It smelled TERRIBLE..like someone died and was left there over the weekend. There were people there cleaning the rugs…like someone died. Customer service guy that helped me was so so nice though. I feel bad that he works in that awful place.

The Holladay Walgreens at 4714 Holladay Blvd is really the WORST pharmacy. How does this pharmacy still exist when you won't refill people's prescriptions? Please everyone, do yourself a favor and avoid this pharmacy location likes its the plague. They’re not going to refill your prescriptions in any sort of timely manner. Walgreens must have gone out of their way to hire only the rudest dumbest clowns to "work" at this location. Such a joke.

The attention is sad, I have Shingles and I need my treatment, which was prescribed by my doctor, I chose that pharmacy to support my neighborhood, and when I went to look for it there they told me that they could not provide it to me because they were busy and I had to wait for the other day! We went to another pharmacy, where they couldn't serve me and sell me my treatment because the Walgreens in Holladay had already charged the bill for the insurance: WHATEVER! They did not treat me, they did not provide me with my treatment; But they did charge it and deduct it from my insurance.

Just talked with a Pharmacist named Rima that was top class and willing to answer all my questions about a medication and it's origin of manufacture. Perfect call.

literally the worst location ever. had prescriptions sent over at 11:30 am and they never filled them then when i called they were closed. they literally do not care. i will never ever take my service or spend my money at this hell hole again. if i could give 0 stars i would.

I'd give this pharmacy a big fat zero solely based the pharmacist. Unbelievably RUDE! Not once, not twice many many times! And I swear to my self I'll go to Harmons or Meiers but once in a great while my doc will send a med to this Walgreens location and EVERY time they screw it up royally. Total incompetence. And rude on top of messing up the prescription. Management should step in but they act powerless. Maybe they are. Don't use this pharmacy if you want your meds on time.

Every experience I've had at this location has been horrible. Dont use them. It's not worth the headache. Im not happy with the way I've been treated and definitely won't be going back.

This is the worst pharmacy. Anyone who continues to go here doesn't know any different. Agree, rude staff and if you call you will wait so long you will end up hanging up. Transfer to Meiers and be happier.

Unfortunately this is the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. I had to come 4 times in one day to fill a prescription because it was never ready when they said. When I came back she said it was too late even though they didn't close for an hour. The worst and rudest pharmacists ever. They literally lied to me over and over again. My doctor was so upset because they even made her wait on hold for 40 min when she called to confirm the prescription. Please don't ever go here.
