How do I love Sonia and her workouts? Let me count the ways.....she will kick your arse and you will love her for it (you might even sing)! Sonia is extremely educated about fitness training, stays current with the latest industry developments and combines a HUGE heart with decades of experience to provide her classes and personal training clients with an amazing all around experience that will motivate you and improve your life. She will walk the walk with you and is a great example of overcoming physical challenges to be healthy and fit.

I worked with Sonia at Cottonwood Heights Recreation Center for 10 years, both teaching group fitness classes and personal training. Her work effort is unflappable and her care/concern for delivering the best workouts for her patrons/clients is outstanding. She is motivating, energetic, caring, and most of all great fun to be around! I highly recommend her and her TRX program to any level of fitness participant!

I worked with Sonia for 3 years when I lived in Salt Lake City, Utah. She motivated me to get fit with her constant words of encouragement and fun activities that she would plan. The Big Sur Marathon and Moab Winter Run were a couple of fun events that I signed up for with her. I highly recommend her as a personal trainer. Her monthly fees were also very affordable.

Sonia is the greatest personal trainer. She's engaging and really knows her stuff. Also her nutrition advice is stellar. I've lost about 20 pounds and have not really felt like I did a major overhaul with my life. Just a few days of exercise and some portion control by following Sonia's advice and training.
