I would give this 1-2 starts but I feel bad.. this was probably the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. No patience with cuticle trimming but somehow cut random pieces of my finger, filed my nails unevenly, the whole process was very rushed and there were no other customers. I got gel nails and the polish peeled off in about 4 days. I’ve never had this happen, maybe something is wrong with the formula here? The lady was polite though, I hope the actual services improve for future customers.

Overall, I got a great pedicure but I had to tell the gentleman who did it to be softer with my feet. I was actually in pain several times.

I went yesterday for a pedicure and it will be my last time here! The pedicure was just ok. The water was too hot and he never asked how the temperature was. HE was very rough on the nails to the point of pain. I don't think he said two words to me the whole time. Very quiet and unprofessional. The prices are very reasonable, but my experience was awful. When you have a pedicure/manicure you expect to be pampered a little bit ( at least I do). This is not the place to be pampered. The salon was very old, dingy and fairly gross. I DO NOT recommend.

We always love to come get our nails done at VIP. They are so attentive and so such a great job. We've lived all over the greater Salt Lake area, and we continue to come back here, they're just better than elsewhere.

In town visiting my parents from LA and wanted to get a mani/ped because all nail salons in LA are currently closed. I didn't expect much because manicurist back home is amazing... BUT Lilian and Issac went ABOVE and BEYOND. Not only did they both do an amazing job, they are both the sweetest, most welcoming couple. VIP will always be my go-to nail salon when visiting Utah.
