Almost always incredibly long wait times for only a few people. Friendly staff just maybe understaffed ??♀️

Their computer system is faulty and their substitute pharmacist is awful. They had a prescription in for over a month, and the system only sent a notification to my mother that her medication was ready on Friday five days ago. My parents have been trying to pick it up and they kept saying it wasn't in, but they never checked the refrigerator where it was kept. My mother went yesterday, the 14th of November, to pick it up. The substitute pharmacist chewed her out for not picking it up earlier despite the fact she could show she hadn't been notified it was filled until a few days prior. The substitute pharmacist then proceeded to say it was for another pharmacy, which my mother read out the address and it was the very pharmacy they were both at.

Won’t text you even though they say they will. Told me my prescription was ready and I still had to wait 20 minutes. Long lines and they refuse to open a second queue for people just picking up who don’t have problems. No one answers phones, bad customer service.

Every experience I've had at this location has been horrible. Dont use them. It's not worth the headache. Im not happy with the way I've been treated and definitely won't be going back.

We've had nothing but horrific experiences at this pharmacy. We had to have an emergency prescription called in for a child in so much pain. When we arrived the pharmacist argued we had two insurances. I indicated we only had one, and had not had the other for years. The pharmacist said she could not take our word for it. With this incorrect dual coverage, the prescription was going to cost an outrageous amount. Luckily we found a GoodRx coupon just in time, to make the prescription mid-reasonable. She handed me a card with a phone number to call to prove our single insurance coverage. I called this number, but it sent me on a wild goose chase for 2 hours. Finally, I had the proof, and my single insurance on the line. I insisted my insurance representative stay on the phone with me to call this Holladay Wallgreens together, to make absolutely sure, my insurance coverage was correct. We called together, and waited over an hour for a live person to pick up! When someone finally did, they denied anything was ever wrong! They insisted our insurance had been correct the entire time. I was furious! 3 hours of my day wasted, and to top it off, a pharmacist, who couldn't pass the MCAT, giving both me and my insurance representative a hard time.I myself have worked for Insurance Verification for 10 years, and R1 and Cloudmed for 23 years. Never in my life have I come across a major pharmacy, who could not verify someone's insurance on the spot. Is this 1985??I hope the next reckoning is the pharmacy and healthcare industry. If they are doing this to people who understand, they are absolutely exploiting those with no medical training to a criminal degree!I'm so angry!

Unfortunately this is the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. I had to come 4 times in one day to fill a prescription because it was never ready when they said. When I came back she said it was too late even though they didn't close for an hour. The worst and rudest pharmacists ever. They literally lied to me over and over again. My doctor was so upset because they even made her wait on hold for 40 min when she called to confirm the prescription. Please don't ever go here.

Extremely slow. Pharmacists are very cold. Need a better system in order to create a more efficient process.

Do not use this location. If you have a prescription to fill or need something from the pharmacy it is far better going to the Walgreens on 4500 S 900 E or 3300 S 700 E. Both of these locations blow Holladay out of the water. Holladay employees are almost always rude and I sometimes wonder if they're even competent. I consistently wonder if they even realize they're in health care and playing a part in helping patients. I've been coming back here for a year and tonight decided no more.

I tried to get a vaccine at the holladay Walgreens today. When I arrive at 1:30 on Saturday they were closing by putting the blinds down. There were no signs explaining it was a lunch break. I came back later and waited in line asking to get the vaccine I needed. They said I had to make an appointment and they don't like to do it on the weekend. There was nobody waiting behind me. I told them i came for my first shingles shot and just walked in without an appointment time. Since they wouldn't help me I left and went to another pharmacy very frustrated. I will not be back.

The hours posted on google for the pharmacy say they are open until 9pm M-Friday but they actually weren't open at 7pm on Saturday when my son needed his antibiotics for a dog bite. We come to this pharmacy because of the location but it is never well staffed or convenient.

Old white lady was rude and not helpful at all. I don't recommend getting immunizations here.

Walgreens is so much more expensive but usually has better operating hours, short wait times, and a better app. This locations hours are worse than a normal pharmacy, they take forever to assist you, are slow when they do assist you, and frequently mess up my prescriptions....So in other words now you are paying more for less. Need I say more....
