“I came in there this morning at 10 AM cause I was experiencing a dead battery. I was helped by a gentleman, I believe his name was Tomm? He worked in the commercial end of the business. He was amazing. He tested my battery for me showed me the exact battery I would need and even installed it for me. He made it a great experience for me and quickly took care of a problem. His professionalism and positive attitude should definitely be rewarded.”

“Hunter, Travis, Mercedes, Aubree....the whole staffis professional and courtoeus. They go above and beyond to help ppl. I do call and try to source some interesting things. Brake drums for a 1979 datsun pickup. Window switch for a 2011 subaru and even some interesting sockets....they may not have but they go above and beyond to find it”
“My boyfriend and I are from Colorado and traveling through to head to Kimberly Idaho. We had an animal run in front of us and we hit it, causing our radiator to crack. I have never been more impressed with an auto shop in my life! We worked with a gentleman named Tanner. He was incredible! Not only did he work us in, he very quickly found a radiator, communicated everything along the way, and he got our car fixed by 2:00. It doesn’t stop there, he went above and beyond by picking my boyfriend up from the hotel and bringing him back to the shop to get our car, was honest about work we could do on our own to help us save money, and directed us to a local restaurant to eat at for dinner. I honestly wish more mechanic shops were like this one! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making a stressful situation way less stressful! You’re a one of kind shop with one of a kind employees 💜💜”

“Went there to get some parts for my truck since no one else had them, they had 2 of the exact parts I needed of very high quality and were pretty cheap, they have a lot of different parts on shelves in the front and even in the back. I definitely recommend this store for any part you might need”
“Huge salvage yard to find spare parts. Got cheap parts off a broken down civic. New trunk, new door, new trim pieces, all for less than $70.
Too bad the Mayor of Garland has other plans for that land and is forcing them off it.”
“It would have been a better experience had the office personnel let me kno that they could have done a diagnosis to confirm what I had thought was the problem part; before I ordered a non returnable part that i didn't need. Only then, did they do a diagnosis and found the actual problem. Which ended up being much less expensive to replace. So in the end i bought a 'special order' turn signal switch for 120.00 that i didn't need to fix a 25.00 flasher.
Overall experience, good mechanics, very fast repair and replacement. Very clean place. Nice people.”
“Burt’s Autobody went above and beyond in their service of our 2009 van to get it road worthy again!! We were on a time crunch and needed the right side rear view mirror replaced and the bumpers attached securely enough for a trip. They found a reasonably priced rear-view mirror and fixed it. They made sure the bumpers would hold for the trip and sent us on our way. They suggested that we bring the vehicle back in to have the bumper work finished completely. We did that. They worked quickly on our van and did excellent work. Their prices are great!! They even gave my Autistic son rides to and from Burt’s as we had no one to drive him in. A wonderful place with WONDERFUL people!!”
