“Tremonton Utah store #3692- We were headed home to Oregon (more than 400 miles away after a very long 5 day trip through several states) when we have a wheel issue and were towed into town. The Auto Zone staff were extremely helpful. The ladies at the counter went above and beyond. Even offering myself and kids a place to sit out of the heat while my husband fixed the wheel issue. “Hunter, Travis, Mercedes, Aubree....the whole staffis professional and courtoeus. They go above and beyond to help ppl. I do call and try to source some interesting things. Brake drums for a 1979 datsun pickup. Window switch for a 2011 subaru and even some interesting sockets....they may not have but they go above and beyond to find it”

When someone needed your help you didn't hesitate to bring the parts to the guy in dire need so that their vacation didn't get all messed up by having to get towed in to town and pay an arm and a leg to have three parts put on their truck. “Went there to get some parts for my truck since no one else had them, they had 2 of the exact parts I needed of very high quality and were pretty cheap, they have a lot of different parts on shelves in the front and even in the back. I definitely recommend this store for any part you might need”
“Huge salvage yard to find spare parts. Got cheap parts off a broken down civic. New trunk, new door, new trim pieces, all for less than $70.
Too bad the Mayor of Garland has other plans for that land and is forcing them off it.”
“It would have been a better experience had the office personnel let me kno that they could have done a diagnosis to confirm what I had thought was the problem part; before I ordered a non returnable part that i didn't need. Only then, did they do a diagnosis and found the actual problem. Which ended up being much less expensive to replace. So in the end i bought a 'special order' turn signal switch for 120.00 that i didn't need to fix a 25.00 flasher.
Overall experience, good mechanics, very fast repair and replacement. Very clean place. Nice people.”

“If you are looking for a TRUE HONEST shop, who aren't going to take advantage and charge you some crazy amount, I highly suggest getting your vehicle in to this shop!
I am so impressed with the communication, the work and the interaction with everyone I talked with. From the secretary who has the most gorgeous smile and friendliest atmosphere to the owner who personally called me and kept me in the loop and treated me like an actual human being to even the invoice! Every other shop's quotes were triple the amount of the final invoice I received and their quotes weren't including labor. I have been working on my vehicle for the past 2 years and I am just forever grateful that I finally found an honest hard-working shop I can count on.
