“I drive a lot and I’m a lemon magnet so I’ve often used Fixed Automotive over the years and every single time I walk away with a good experience and most importantly not feeling taken advantage of..
Over a year ago I had issues with my canister purge valve. I took it in and they fixed it. Recently I started having issues again. They told me to drop by anytime to check it. They found that my car was having issues with purge valves unless they were factory brand so they replaced it for free. While replacing it they accidentally put a pin hole in my radiator so they replaced that for free as well. And while they were replacing that they found that I had a crack in my coolant reservoir (which I had been consistently low on coolant but hadn’t taken the time to investigate yet). So in one visit my entire bill was $150 and I had a new canister purge valve, a new radiator, and a new coolant reservoir and so much free labor. They are usually super quick with my car but this time they had it for 2 days so I know they put a lot of work into it. They’re genuinely kind honest people who are knowledgeable about their craft and highly recommend them.”

“My boyfriend and I are from Colorado and traveling through to head to Kimberly Idaho. We had an animal run in front of us and we hit it, causing our radiator to crack. I have never been more impressed with an auto shop in my life! We worked with a gentleman named Tanner. He was incredible! Not only did he work us in, he very quickly found a radiator, communicated everything along the way, and he got our car fixed by 2:00. It doesn’t stop there, he went above and beyond by picking my boyfriend up from the hotel and bringing him back to the shop to get our car, was honest about work we could do on our own to help us save money, and directed us to a local restaurant to eat at for dinner. I honestly wish more mechanic shops were like this one! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making a stressful situation way less stressful! You’re a one of kind shop with one of a kind employees 💜💜”

“I normally don’t leave a review but after today, I decided I should. I wish I could’ve done more than Five stars. The service I received today was totally amazing. All the staff really helped. I got there and was treated like I was a preferred customer. From beginning to the end. My service advisor was Rheannon She was a very courteous and helpful employee knew what she was doing. She helped me with all my service request. I couldn’t ask for a better person to help me. One thing I really liked about this dealership is while you’re waiting for your car to be serviced you can actually see the mechanics working on your car a lot of other dealerships they take your car back in the pit and you kind of wonder did it really get done well yes at this dealership you can see it being done. They are very transparent while I was sitting there I heard calls come into the service department and parts department not one person was put on hold. They answered each and every recall courteously and solve the problem immediately I will be back to this dealership. I know it’s a little farther than my house but it was Farr worth it. Thank you for your wonderful customer service and the employees that you have that work for you thank you so much.”
“This was the first time I had service in Tremonton. We have been living in Idaho Falls for 34-35 years so the same place in IF I would go for service. My wife Joan had purchased two Bear River Bears cards from a door to door student to help with athletics at the High School. I picked Darrell's Point S from the card. The first guy I met was Jacob Sorensen, Service Advisor, and the owner whose name I did not write down. These two gentlemen were very professional and my brief view of the facility was favorable. The very next day they did the work on the van and at a extremely fair/reasonable price. I didn't know my nephew worked there and when he and I came together that sealed the deal forever. Even if CJ hadn't been an employee there I would be going there. My last visit for Toyota Sienna Van was with the Toyota dealership in Logan. I was really impressed with the dealership in Logan but I know I can be served by Darrell's Point S equally well!”

He got us in right before he was gonna close and had our truck fixed good as new by noon the next day. Really appreciate everything he did! Let us borrow a car to get food. “ampelio is a very honest person with a lot of integrity. my fuel pump went out passing through and although his shop is out in garland and bit run down looking he is an excellent mechanic. he came in early to fix it and get me back on the road, and even sent someone to pick me up at my motel that I had to stay at since I had no vehicle. I would recommend him to anyone. not very many are as honest and real as ampelio. he won't jack you around!”

It's Saturday and fortunately for us, Fredy's is opened until 3:30 pm.
