Post office gave me someone else's package when I went to pick up my mail. And a few months later gave one of my packages to someone else. Organization and security is not great.

I use to love this post office however it is going downhill. I normally have to pick up items I order from amazon. If you stop your mail service it will take two or three times telling them to deliver it before they do. The mailbox is left open with my magazine sticking out to get wet when it rains.

Hands down my favorite post office ever! I love the workers there. They are tremendously helpful. Whether for passports (make an appointment), package delivery, or holding our mail during trips, they are friendly, helpful and professional. They have even called me when they knew we were expecting an important piece of mail that had arrived. Now that's customer service! Huntsville's best kept secret!

Did my passport renewal here. The ladies at the desk were very helpful! Had my photo taken as well. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Great experience

Says online they do passport walk-ins. The USPS customer service people told me to go there for my passport walk-in. When I called to verify that they can take pictures and do walk-ins. I was rudely informed that that is not correct, and that I will need to make an apt. When asked why online it says they can do this? All I was told was it won’t let me change that. . I’m just glad I called before I drove all the way there. Change your website and make sure your whole team is on the same page. Waste of time.

We made the drive from Ogden to get passports for our family. Krystal was extremely helpful and made getting passport pictures taken fun for our little ones. She worked with us to make sure all four of us got our paperwork filed and was very patient with us. I’m glad we made the drive to Huntsville.

I deposited Wedding invitations in your mailbox that either didn’t ever get to the intended address, or people received them at least a week later. In town mail should be delivered the next day.

Do not go here for passports. If you live in Huntsville and absolutely need a passport. Do not go here. If you’re diverse meaning not white the fat old worker will discriminate against you and make it difficult to get a passport and waste your money on it. Do not go here. Ogden is worth the drive for a passport do not use this post office for anything. Waste of money and time

The customer service here is terrible. I expected more community from this town, but am very discouraged as to how I was treated here. Go else where for your business this post office is a waste of time.

Not the first problem with them. OMG, they could care less about you or your mail. Classic gov. B.S.. No accountability. They lost an important package, and told me "sorry"........ Thats it, I asked, yes, she replied. Wow, Make other arrangements, trust me.

We were treated so poorly here. It had nothing to do with the services received (or not received), but the degrading demeaning way that service was delivered. Crystal was unnecessarily rude and disrespectful. Absolutely zero attempt at customer service. I’ve never been treated that hostilely over a simple question. It’s too bad, because the workers there during the week are excellent. I will never go back on a Saturday.

Kind helpful service with a very bubbly attitude, we had a very pleasant experience getting our passports here! I noticed that the bulk of the negative reviews tend to be people blaming the Post Person for their own ignorance. Read up people, do the research! Take your checkbook, Birth Certificate, Drivers License and you should have a seemless and expedient processing.
