“Have to echo what others have said about this branch for excellent customer service. My experience on 7/11/24 was to open a safe deposit account. The Branch Operations offered to help when normal contact new acvounts rep was occupied. She was extremely cordial and efficient. Moved thru the forms to set up an account, showed me the box and sent info to my email. The hallmark was her attention and pleasent manner in the transaction. Just outstanding customer service you rarely see in today's have to hurry up world.
Additionally have taken my elderly neighbor there for banking 2 times. Each time she is warmly greeted and treated with patience to fulfill her requests. Just a great example of customer service.”

“We had an appointment with Jamie on December 30th 2025. We really enjoyed meeting her and working with her. She is very kind, nice and an intelligent lady. We did not have to ask her for anything she gave all the paperwork to us and explained everything. She gave us a folder for our papers, not like at the St. George branch where my son was given one paper that was suppose to be for our C.D. and no other paper work!!!! No info on C.D. and no folder was given us at St. George branch!!!!Will not be back to St. George branch on Bluff.Jaime took her time with us. The other tellers we talked to were also very friendly at this Hurricane branch. Jaime is definitely one of the nicest people we have met in banking in our entire lives. Thank you Jamie!!”
