Failure to recognize a Power of Attorney is a violation of statutory law! I will be filing a complaint with the Utah State DOPL against Jen Hendrix' NMLS. I am disabled and working on behalf of my elderly mother, and was discriminated against by Jen Hendrix and Chartway. I used to be a satisfied customer but every new manager at the Hurricane Branch has led the team and workflow down into an abyss of incompetent gridlock. Benjamin Soto is perhaps the most gutless and worthless manager that has ever stepped into the door. He is afraid to get answers and go bat for his customers. Complete and utter failing level of service and care at this branch. As much as I hate to say it... I am feeling better at Wells Fargo than at this branch at least their tellers are consistent, well trained, and basic fiduciary established law on POA is understood and not difficult for them to handle.

Without exception every experience I've had has been negative, It's as if they're being police looking suspiciously at every customer, it's really awful. It's as if they have a US against THEM mentality! I could list details but there so numerous, I'd be very careful about selecting them as a banking service.

This institution is definitely the worst I have ever dealt with. Customer service is on par with a cable company. As I read the other reviews it was like I wrote them. At the branch one lady was very rude. Online wasnt much better . I was supposed to get a call back & never did. I spoke again today to online CS & am supposed to get another call back, Im not holding my breath. I am trying to close out a CD for my mother (that I have legal authority as the trustee of her trust & Power of Attorney & have furnished them with all documentation) so we can pay for the nursing home she has to be in. These simpletons are telling me I can do nothing regarding financial decisions until my mother is deceased. (which is not what the trust states). They are also telling me my mother has to go to the branch & conduct the business, I also explained she needs assistance to walk to the restroom. I then asked them what if she fell into a vegetative state and was that way for a couple of years & then passed (according to them I cant do anything & they didnt have an answer). I have also spoke to my attorney & he even stated that I have full authority to make any & all financial decisions. Anyone considering this institution PLEASE RECONSIDER!! I will continue more reviews as this nonsense goes on.

If I could give a zero star review I would. I hate using this bank. It takes the tellers 15+ minutes to even get to you and when they finally do it's an angry "I'll be with you in a minute." They have consistently miscounted the money I'm trying to deposit, couldn't tell a quarter from a nickel, and when I send my debit card they dropped it on the floor and didn't even realize I sent it! If I tell them "deposit this into my savings account" they always deposit it into my checking despite having asked and been told twice that I want it in my savings. The ATM is a joke, deposit more than $200 and they hold it, forcing their customers to use the tellers! As soon as I can I'm switching banks just because of this specific branch.

On hold for over 30 min everytime I call. Worst customer service I've ever had with a credit union. Used to be so personal but now you're just another number... that they never answer!! I'll be going elsewhere because I have no time for this.

The hurricane branch should be the training center for all the branches. Honestly the people there are so helpful and go out of their way to help you with any problems you may have. They always seem happy to see you and know everyone's name. I've been with them for over 10 years and have always been happy with theirf service. Thank you hurricane branch for making me feel that you care about me.

I have never been so disrespected by any person of management in my life.Arrived to the bank and the lobby was locked 10 min. early so i went to the drive through where i was told by the asst. mgr. she doesn't have to do anything for a non member and refused to cash my boyfriends check and mine as well even though i am a member because she didn't have to do anything for anyone. So I will take my business elsewhere.
