Absolutely Horrible company! Please read full statement.I received a notice my card on file was not going through so I immediately called and emailed several times through the course of 3 business days with no call/email back to try pay my final month and cancel my membership. After no call back or no email back I had to drive my crew over to get our stuff out. When I got there they had locked our unit and said we could not get in until it was paid. I had my company card there and tried to pay but there system was down. (there fault) When I asked why my calls or emails were not answered the lady simply said " oh I haven't checked that in a while" I asked to get our lock taken off since I drove my crew out there so we could get our stuff out and the lady said no and fought me on it for over 30 min. I told them even though there system was down I was willing to go grab cash but that I preferred to empty our unit right there and then since I had my truck and trailer and crew. After the lady wasted 30 minutes of my time one of the guys told me if I promised to bring the cash he would unlock it. I unloaded our stuff, took it back to our warehouse, grabbed the cash and brought it back to him. All within 1 hour. I asked him what I needed to do to cancel it and he said to just leave the garage open.Fast forward over a month later I get an email saying that we are still being charged for the service. Super disappointed! Owning a storage until should not be a difficult businesses to run and there are lots of other companies out there that can do a way better job.would do 0 stars If it was an option

I have been renting a storage unit for a little over 5 yrs., and for the most part they've been OK, however I don't know the conditions of my unit until I get to Hurricane, UTAH to see what the conditions are... However, outside of the cold , customer service from the owner, very Kurt, very cut and dry, no" How are you ", etc., that's irrelevant. The key point is , they have reasonable prices, that's key!!!

No problems at all. Low rates - No deposit required. Rented online - then stopped in at the office to sign contract when I went to drop my stuff off. I vacated in the middle of the month. They noticed the lock gone and closed out my account and even though I forgot to call them and tell them it was vacant, they still returned rent prorated from the day they saw it was vacant. Very legal and above-board transaction. I must say that she wasn't very friendly when I stopped at the office, but the transaction was so easy and efficient that I really didn't get too bothered about it.

I have never delt with such rude people in my life. For one thing this parking lot is not paved as the picture they posted. The owners are so snotty I don't know how they have A business. The gate isn't coded and closes at 8pm. Are you kidding me? I can't get to my personal stuff anytime I want? I've also tried to pay in cash and they belittle me by not knowing that I should pay on the website. Then rudly informed I couldn't get my stuff because of a race going on. I have delt with both the man and woman on this and they are the ruddest people known to man. I'll see what I can do about putting them out of business.

The gate needs to be coded so you can access your personal property 24 hours a day. The owner was very rude about informing me of this and was even rude when I tried to pay early one time. He has never been friendly and if I could find somewhere else to rent a storage unit I would.

This business does not answer or return phone calls. I've called multiple times over a period of about two weeks and left messages just to inquire about availability and pricing, but have yet to receive a phone call in return, even if just to tell me that they are booked. A business which can't be bothered to return the calls of a prospective customer probably won't be any better to work with once they have your money in hand.

So far have been in this storage unit for 2 days. We haven't had any problems with the unit so far. The gate is locked at a certain time, and the unit we got is humongous. We pay just as much as we did in vernal, but it was a lot smaller there. The staff are very friendly, and told us about the payment options over the phone. I will review again in a few months.

What kind of business doesn't answer the phone all day long nor returns voicemails ? neither manager nor owner ? something to think about if you dont live next door and might have any kind of issue. total lack of foresight . this is your busy time of the year , customers will remember poor service when its your slow time...
