Thank you to Dustin and the staff here for helping me find my perfect 'new to me' car!! I brought in 3 different cars I was interested in but wanted to have an inspection done on each to make sure they were in OK standing (can't beat $50 to avoid spending $5,000!) The first car was an absolute no-go, and they were incredibly honest and trustworthy off the bat. Pictures and explanations of things they saw, great information on each car's reliability, and more. The third try was the charm, and I can not thank the wonderful team here enough for being so thorough, helpful, and genuine.

Incompetent, unqualified, and unprofessional. This is a high school shop that charges dealership prices. I brought my 2018 2500 Silverado in to have them diagnose and fix the rear differential. I had already had it diagnosed by Chevy months prior and another shop but had to wait to get it fixed due to traveling for work. They told me the "bearing had pitting on them so they were going to replace them and that was all" this surprised me because Chevy had already diagnosed that the pinion gears also needed to be replaced. I was mistakenly happy that it wouldn't be as expensive as I thought. After they replaced the bearings the noise I had been experiencing was still present, they WROTE ON THE TICKET "noise may go away with time"..... so they knew the truck wasn't fixed the minute they put the bearings in and still gladly took my money and sent me on my way. I haul a 34 foot fifth wheel for work, they knew this, yet they STILL sent me on my way knowing the problem wasn't fixed. Brought it to them in July and couldn't get a straight answer of how they were going to fix it until October. I was told they were going to change the gears out next...but they would surely have to fix the bearings again they had put in because they were now trash again. after all this wasted time I went into the shop in person to see what my next step would be. The unprofessional "shop manager" made it a point to have me stand there and wait, not even acknowledging my presence, till he was done with another customer then another minute or 2. When he was finally able to acknowledge my presence I asked for a refund because not only was my truck not fixed, it was worse then before I had brought it to them. I was told he would have to ask the owner and get back to me. Now in comes "salesman joe" the owner. initially, he had me, he had me thinking "this is a good guy, he's gonna make all this right"..... couldn't be further from the truth. He strung me along for 2 weeks, 2 weeks getting me the "solution". Out of the 3 times I spoke with Joe, twice I was told he was "going out of town" so I'd have to wait for my answer. He couldn't have cared less that my truck was basically dead in the water, I couldn't safely drive it any real distance, let alone haul my fifth wheel that is my career. He didn't care at all. Joe, maybe you should put less effort into how your "online image" is and more time making sure your shop is competent in diagnosing and actually fixing vehicles? Just take a look at his reviews, he writes paragraphs to respond to everyone! look at his negative reviews like mine, they are all the same. This shop has unqualified and Incompetent personnel from the top down.Do not waste your money, or more importantly your time with this shop. Go out of the way and go into st g and find your dealership because shops like this prey on people's lack of options in hurricane. The only reason I tried this shop was because the Chevy dealership was weeks out but now I'm 3 months behind, losing money every day because I can't haul my fifth wheel to work, and still waiting for parts that are now tied up in GM strikes.shame on you Joe for the service you allow to roll out your doors, it is not only despicable, it is unsafe. Take less vacations and more time training your employees.Take one look at this shop and it will tell you all you need to know. looks like a junkyard/ high school shop.... and that's exactly what it is. Don't waste your time with a long apology to this Joe like you did multiple times with me on the phone because it's clear to see by your actions, this shop is about making profit and NOTHING ELSE. shame on you.

I couldn't be happier with the service provider by Color Country. They communicated well, found the issue (truck wouldn't start), and did great work. They also fixed a problem with my backup camera that two other shops couldn't figure out. Definitely a high quality shop!Service: Electrical repair

Had an oil change from these guys. Very fair price. Afterwards, they had even advised me about a coolant leak that they noticed. They were not pushy about setting up an appointment, they were just being helpful!

We were coming back from the Grand canyon. Our van started acting up but was able to make it into Hurricane before deciding it was done. We rolled into town at 8pm. I found Color Count online and was able to get the Van to there lot. I droped off my keys in the night drop box. Called the next day and explained my situation, knowing there was a good chance they would be to busy to fix it. To my pleasant surprise they said they would get it in that day. Two hours later I got a call that they had a diagnosis. By noon it was fixed and we were on the road again. Great business, great service, and great price. Thanks for the save Color County.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I drove from Salt lake to Hurricane for work. When I arrived my wheel started making a loud screeching noise. I took it into color country automotive. They were super nice and even though they were busy they took a quick look at it. 10 minutes later he came in and said it was a rock in my rotor. They got it out and they didn't even charge me. Great customer service!!!

I had a problem with my Jeep TJ, the transfer case was locked in 2H. 10 minutes later he had it working as normal. He said he didn’t do anything but it was locked when I dropped it of and it works fine now. Thanks for good honest service.

Always Great Service, Always Fair Prices. This is one of the very few places I trust to have my vehicles worked on. They're employees are knowledgeable and friendly. They don't try to upsell you on anything they just give you the facts and let you decide what you would like to do.

Could not recommend enough!!! We were from out of town when our water pump blew. We dropped it off at 8 am and had our car back at 4:30 fixed perfectly! Customer service was top notch! After we got it back they checked in with us a few days later to make sure everything was working well for us! Amazing work, fast, and more than fair pricing! Much lower price than expected after talking with other shops! Thank you so much for getting us on the road again!!Service: Engine repair

I used this shop for the first time on 1/9/23. I had the brakes on the front axle of my car done, plus a diagnostic test of a check engine light that had turned on. The quoted price for the brake axle was $197.00, which I mistakenly thought was my out-the-door price (plus tax). When I went to pick up the vehicle, expecting to pay $197 for the brakes, plus whatever tax there was for the service, I was charged a significant amount more, to the tune of about $330.00.I had a bit of “sticker shock,” as the additional amount for the diagnostic had not been disclosed in advanced, and I did not know that it would be that high of an amount. I paid the $330.00 but was unhappy about an additional amount that had not been discussed. On 3/7/23, the owner of Color Country, Joe Holland, reached out, and I spoke to him at length. It was a positive conversation. He acknowledged the issue, explaining the additional cost of the diagnostic test, apologized, and offered to write me a personal check for the $100 difference. I declined, but Joe insisted on at least crediting my account for any work that I had done in the future. I appreciated his directness and candor.Ultimately, what was initially a negative experience, turned into a positive one.Service: Auto brake repair
