Driver continually delivers packages that are not mine from a completely different location. Also, has repeatedly done serious damage to my property(and probably to his truck). Trying to get a hold of someone to correct this problem!

this is the third time the driver takes my package to another address and send me a picture of delivered that is not even my house. I open the claim that they close it because stupid driver marked it as delivered. I wonder if driver takes packages that comes from expensive places and drop it at his own house. I actually now starting to think that.

Driver wanted to force me into signing stuff for my neighbor. He gave me a shitty face and called me names when I refused. You got insane people working there.

Dumbest of the dumb, driving out of here. My latest gripe, the sign on front says deliver to the front door. The expensive item was left 30ft from the door, out in the open. There is 250sq ft of covered patio, if the driver, could give a damn. FedEx is the worst ever. I have lots of horror stories going way back in time .

Threw my box at the garage driveway in full view of camera plus left it on the sunny side. If the throw didn’t ruin it the sun made sure to melt it. Plus my shaded front door was a few steps right around the corner. Posted on Facebook to ask for help and the driver ended up laughing at my post. Unapologetic and just classless.

Worst customer service and driver. Been trying to get my package for nearly a week. Driver barely knocked and left when I was home. Customer service makes “notes” in the file that are never followed or followed through on. Still don’t have my package.

Super frustrating and poorly managed. I had six packages I needed for my business and they were on the truck to be delivered. I watched the delivery guy via the fedex website drive around all of the neighborhoods and never come to my business. When I called customer service to ask why they weren’t delivered, they stated that I had requested for future delivery. I know that’s a lie because I needed them on the day they were being delivered as well as the fact that I never called or did anything on their website to make them believe that I wanted them for future delivery. I’m guessing the driver just decided it was too much work to drop off six boxes and wanted to go home early. Super disappointed in the lack of effort and laziness.

These FedEx employees are so lazy. They will drop off multiple people's packages at one door and send everyone the same picture. Lost packages all the time. They do not deliver to the correct address. When delivering to apartment complexes, they are supposed to leave the packages at the office, but they do not listen to the rules. Instead they deliver the packages wherever they feel like it because they're so lazy and incompetent. Can't get ahold of anyone on the phone. Their automated is useless.

Don't complain to FedEx! Complain to the shipper!I was expecting an important package today that required a signature so I sat on my front porch for 4 hours. Without leaving my porch for a single minutes, I received a text stating that a delivery attempt was made. Impossible!! I was sitting on my porch for 2.5 hours before the "attempt" and 1.5 hours after. The driver blatently lied about making a delivery attempt, and because my local FedEx ground won't allow pickups, I am forced to wait another day to receive my package. Unfortunately, although I expect the driver to lie again about attempting delivery tomorrow, I cannot risk missing the delivery so I will most likely be waiting another 4 hours on my porch tomorrow. I understand that FedEx drivers are contracted drivers, not directly working for FedEx, but this experience will have me instinctually avoiding the carrier, as well as advising against using them forever. FedEx has made it clear in my 3 phone calls and many attempt to escalate that I'm on my own. So instead, I will be reporting this to the company that shipped my package, explaining that my business with them will cease if they use FedEx to ship my packages again.

I would give them negative stars if at all possible. They say they delivered today and took a picture of my package on a doorstep just not my doorstep. It’s not even a doorstep in my neighborhood because it’s a White House and none of the houses are white in my neighborhood. They delivered a neighbors package to my house and a different package of mine to that neighbors house. The problem is they expect the drivers to be fast but they must not care about accuracy. They don’t care because you can’t even talk to a human when you call and their website gives you the run around.

They never notified me that the shipment was going to acquire a signature so I missed the first day they attempted to deliver, fair enough I guess. But I spent 30 minutes on the phone with their horrible customer service where I could barely understand them and they told me they resolved it and set up notifications for me but I missed again today because wouldn't you know it I never got any notifications even though I spent 30 minutes on the phone with TWO different people; really tells a lot. I am so frustrated with them because I called AGAIN today and they basically said well sorry you missed it on our end everything looks good. Like that doesn't help me at all especially the fact because of their accents I could only understand every 3 or fourth word. And it's just not one person I call four times in totally and each time got someone I could barely understand. Some were better than other but just by barely.

I shipped a box from Hawaii to Utah that was full of power tools, and electronics. Over $1,500 worth of items. 3 weeks after the expected delivery date I still have not received the box. I work construction and have missed over $2,000 in work because of this. And I am being told if it's lost all I will get is $100. I spoke to over 20 people with customer service and received ZERO help. Absolute joke. I will never use fedex again.
