“I'm 43yrs old I have multiple bulging disks, spinal stenosis and sever cystic nerve pain. It's been 4yrs since ive been able to just simply get out of bed and walk. These issues have limited my life and caused weight gain. I gave coach robby and coach Cody a call and explained my problems, they worked with me so I didn't hurt myself. I woke up the following morning and was able to walk right away. My nerve pain is less than its been in years!
