If I could leave a "0", I would. Terrible communication. Very unfriendly from the start. Tried to get two State Auto inspections done. They told me to leave the one car and when it was finished they'd complete the other car inspection. They put two cars in front of me before the other inspection and said then denied saying they'd do the other car right after. I talked with 2 people about it their process and what they said, and they were very smug in denying what they told me - very smug, unfriendly and "put out" the entire time. I would not send my worst enemy to them.

We were long distance traveling and timing came up for an oil change on our GMC Denali truck. We called them and were told to drop it off the this morning. Since service was first come first serve and it may take a while, we decided to go to the local coffee place to hang out and wait. They kindly dropped off my husband at the coffee shop, so he didn’t have to walk the 2.5 miles. They called us immediately when it was done (actually ahead of the estimated time they told us), and came out to the coffee shop and picked him back up. They were polite, prompt, and above and beyond helpful, since we were traveling/camping in the area, and limited to one car. Highly recommend them!

DO NOT waste your time and money here! Go to The Tire & Auto Center 0.5 mile down the road for cheaper service. The mechanic John was rude and impatient. From the time he gave me (24 year old female) the diagnostic on my car, it took me 60 minutes to coordinate insurance approval for the repair. He refused to answer my questions about whether it was safe to drive with the current damage. Once insurance gave approval to hurricane tire pros, the mechanic became impatient and would not complete the service (which he originally said would only take a couple hours) and also refused to complete the service if I were to come back any of the following days that week (even though they are first come first serve on a daily basis). I arrived at the time they opened that morning because they are first come first serve. He provided no reasoning for refusing the repair once i got approval 60 minutes later, and was hardly willing to speak to me. I went down the road 0.5 miles to The Tire and Auto Center and got quoted on the same service for over $100 cheaper price and they got it done within an hour.

These guys were great! A year ago, my wife, 1 year old, and I were visiting Zion National Park, staying in a remote cabin when we unfortunately noticed one of my truck tires was punctured by a large nail. We barely made it to Hurricane Tire Pros and by the looks of it they were VERY busy. I waited in line for awhile and figured they wouldn’t be able to service us until tomorrow. They did say they were all booked up through the rest of the day and after seeing our 1 year old and hearing our situation, they said they would be able to squeeze us in and take a look. They said leave the truck where it is and that they would give me a call in a few hours. We were able to grab food and by the time we finished they gave me a call and said it was all patched up. Better yet, because of how quick and easy it was they said to not worry about it! If you are choosing between this shop vs any shop, I’d recommend heading to Hurricane Tire Pros. They’ll take great care of you and your vehicle!

These guys were so fast and got me written into the schedule immediately. Plus they didn't put me through all the bull that other tire places put me through just to plug a nail hole. Thanks for the excellent/exceptional service Hurricane Tire Pros!

Blew a tire and dropped the rim off to get a new one. When I went back to pick it up I asked them if they would install it. While installing it the technician noticed some suspension safety issue. They showed me the problems so I could get them fixed. I live that they went above and beyond to make sure safety issues were pointed out.

BEWARE!!! THESE GUYS WILL NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY IF THEY DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE. And now I'm out $3,000I had hurricane tire pros put new wheels and tires on my brand new bronco. Was excited how they turned out but after getting my bronco back it felt like It had lost power steering and eventually couldn't turn right or left. I had it towed to ford where they told me the steering rack was cracked due to someone placing a floor Jack incorrectly right underneath and also let me know that it would not be covered under warranty since it was a due to someone placing the the jack in the wrong spot. I spoke with hurricane tire pros and they tried to play it off like it could have been them but it wasn't 100% provable so they wouldn't cover the parts and repair costs. So now I am SOL having to pay for a $3,000 mistake that was obviously their fault.

These guys are absolute scammers stay far far away. Long story short , I asked them to diagnose a loud grinding. they told me I needed to replace the calipers, rotors, brake pads pitman and idler arm. When I went to replace them after I had got all the new parts in. I realized the only real problem was one of the brake pads was in backwards. There was no sign of any problem with the Pittman and idler arm. I talked to other people who had bad experiences with them. It sounds like the owner might be a decent guy. But he has some employees that either don't know what they're doing or are scammers.

I took my new truck in to Hurricane Tire Pros to have it aligned. I was happy to see the latest in high tech alignment equipment. The technician got it right the first time and he also torqued all of the bolts that I installed for my lift kit.Entire staff was friendly. This is not your average tire shop. They also do oil changes and have a mechanic for bigger jobs.Great experience.

I took my car into get a flat repair the night before a trip. They stripped my wheel lock and then LIED about it. On top of it they put a plug in my tire without talking to me about it, which isn’t a safe way to fix a tire. They charged me $23. I could not safely take my car out of town. My husband is still dealing with it. I can’t get my tires off to fix it without paying a fortune in labor. If they would’ve owned their mistake and voluntarily made it right with me I would be giving them a good review. Honesty will get you far in life. Lies will not. I’m so disappointed. I love to support small town businesses, but not when they lie and fix my tire unsafely! After a lot of argument they refunded us and got us a new lock set, but I still can’t get my old tires off without paying labor elsewhere. Horrible and unprofessional.
