David and his team are the best Jiffy Lube dudes in the nation! I drive a lot and I always come to Jiffy Lube because you make my life easy. I get all oil changes here (and even though my husband thinks he can change the air filter for cheaper - he hasn’t & it’s already done). Complete. So pro. So great. Five stars all the way!!

I am very pleased with my experience today with Jiffy Lube. It was fast and simple and they didn’t forget to wash my windshield and didn’t forget to fill the window washer tank and they didn’t forget to check my windshield wipers. I will definitely return with all of my other cars!

As we left after an oil change, the car started running poorly and we had to pull over. Turns out they forgot to put the air filter back on, which cost us 1-2 hours by the side of the road trying to figure out what was wrong. Eventually we went over to O’Reilly’s and ran diagnostics ourselves, because the 2 techs Jiffy Lube sent to us didn’t know what was going on. In fact, they assumed they did everything properly and suggested it was a problem with the car even though it had no issues before. The car shut down less than a block away from Jiffy Lube and we were lucky O’Reilly’s was right across from us. We replaced the air filter and bought a few other parts, and fixed it ourselves because the engine light was on and the diagnostics read the engine throttle was dirty which was due to not having an air filter in it. We reset everything and now everything is fine. Jiffy lube forgot to put in the air filter back and didn’t even shut the air filter cap and that is what was the cause of the car to shut down. They also didn’t refund us.They just gave us coupons and I live outside the state so it’s useless.

Jiffy Lube provides quick service at a reasonable price, but I wish they would use a paper floor protector. Twice my car was returned with dust and grease ground into the carpet and floor mat on the driver's side of my car. A paper floor cover would really be appreciated by all their customers, I'm sure.
