Great equipment and well maintained. Majority of the members are Highschool or older who haven't learned to use deodorant or shower. Groups of 3 or more guys around a bench or Smith machine oblivious to their surroundings.

This place is great. Been going there for years. Would be a 5 star review if it wasn't for the massaging water beds. They're always broke down and the left jets on one of them don't work on the lower half of the cycle and i can't get them to fix it. But I still love it there.

Gym is tiny, filthy, and there's hardly any equipment. The few machines they do have are all clustered really close together so working out is awkward. They have some stupid fingerprint sensor to get in and it never works and nobody is ever at the front desk to help. They used to have a doorbell you could ring but for some reason they got rid of it. The drinking fountain is more hot then it is cold so if you don't bring lots of water from home you'll be drinking room temperature water. They have a suggestion thing but I've used it countless times for them to take more effort cleaning, to get more machines, and to get a punching bag, but nobody ever listens. The sauna is small and crowded, it's barely hot, and it's disgustingly dirty. There's many gyms in st george that are cheaper per month, way nicer, and you can get way more benefits. They have a vending machine in the front lobby but everything is always sold out and they hardly ever refill it. Day passes are 15 dollars and you dont get to use sauna, tanning, or hydro beds vs most gyms the day pass includes everything and way cheaper and most gyms will offer a free day pass if its your first time. Theu do not. Definitely would not reccomend going here.

I'm only in Hurricane for a month but I'm so sad to leave this gym. Great value with the tanning and hydro beds, and sauna. Never crazy packed. It's great! Build one in Orem!

In town for the day and gave this gym a try and I wasn't sorry, friendly staff, clean facilities and lots of equipment. Was charged 12.50 for day pass which is about in the middle of what you pay for a workout. Unfortunately I was only in town one day if I was going to be there more I could have paid 24.99 and go as often as I wanted for a month. If your coming for a one day workout it has to be when staff is on duty which I believe is 9-5. Give this gym a try you won't be sorry.

Love that their sign up program is so straight forward. No extra or hidden fees and the gym is exactly what I need. Amazing, a role model for how all gyms should be.

Great gym, very clean, people are all nice, and the management seems concerned with upkeep before things break or get gross. Sauna is nice, and the tanning beds work really well. I hope they develop more in the future, the newest development is great and make the gym feel a lot more roomy. I hope they buy a fly machine soon and maybe some metal d handles.

I have had memberships at other gyms. They are overcrowded, unsanitary and over priced! People at this gym were friendly the moment I walked through the door! They took care of me, got me a gym membership extremely quick hands down the best gym in this valley! Locally owned, not corporate ran like other gyms.

Best local gym. New equipment, huge variety/selection of machines/free weights/cardio. The owners are super friendly. My favorite place is the bathroom.

I’ve been going to performance for years, competitive price that beat most of the gyms in town, and the coworkers always have a smile. I don’t want you to work out here so it doesn’t get busy but I do highly recommend PF24
