Phil, Service Manager at the Hurricane location, was professional, informative and really great with us in helping us to understand the differences in outboard motors and what was appropriate for our 1952 Lonestar Commander. When we arrived, we feel he went the extra mile to install our new Mercury and get everything set up so we were turnkey ready. Bought a boat from RPM this spring with my family as partners . Bailey and the entire Rogers crew treated every one of us like gold. They went above and beyond with all the little details. We had another boat purchased during the boat show from another dealer and we didn't feel good about some of the details. When we started looking at Rogers we immediately could see the difference with customer service, follow through and making sure that everything was perfect for us. Honestly I don't know if I would ever buy another boat from anyone else than RPM.
Heyday is the best boat out there for the money and you cannot go wrong at RPM. Every part of their business from the pro shop, service department and sales is quality.
It is a family owned and operated business and they took care of my family. Thank you Bailey and RPM.
