Absolutely terrible employee working here 2/17/24. Extremely rude and argumentative about the transaction after he overcharged me for several extra coffees. Owners should be embarrassed to have this employee representing their company.

I was in yesterday 8/25/23 at 3:35 pm and the employee was extremely rude for no reason. I brought my stuff up and asked for something behind the counter and he acted like I was the dumbest person in the world then when I gave him my ID he said well are you going to hold it so I can scan it ? So I flipped it over so he could and he ripped it out of my hands and said well if your going to do that then you should have covered the bar so I can scan it and rolled his eyes. I looked at him and asked are you having a bad day ? And he said no are you? I said no I’m actually having a nice day .. and when I left I grabbed my things and I said I hope you have a better day And when I was walking out he said under his breath “b****” . I used to go to this Texaco all the time I will never be going back again . It’s to bad because there are some really nice people I actually did like that works there . The man has dark curly brown hair with glasses . Seriously he shouldn’t treat people like that just because he is having a bad day .

Terrible customer service! There's never anybody at the register, you have to sit and wait for them to show up from their smoke break or from in the back (sometimes have to even go look for them) and then when they get there they don't say two words to you just look at you and wait for you to pay, I go often and have never been told my total or have been greeted even if Ive greeted them. The new kid is rude- Ive had my fuel put onto the wrong pump more than once, then he gets an attitude when you let him know and gets ignorant when it's his mistake. I will no longer be using this gas station!

We stopped here because it looked like it would be a clean gas station, boy were we wrong! The bathrooms were especially bad. No soap, no toilet paper, no paper towels. When we asked the cashier to help, she told us we were out of luck, “we don’t have any” but we looked in the aisles and they had plenty of everything. We took some to the bathroom and got yelled at and charged. There were 3 women in stalks stuck without paper and 2 others waiting. The way this situation was handled was horrible. Wouldn’t recommend anybody stop here. The staff isn’t helpful and the gas station isn’t clean or stocked.

If you want to use the RV Dump, it is out of commission. We drove 6 minutes to Maverick Adventures First Stop. Nicer facility and the RV Dump station is free.

I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but I couldn't believe how my girlfriend and I were treated here. My company has frequented this Texaco for five years, however I don't think we'll continue to bring our business there. It seems I'm not the only one with this sentiment. The other day I stopped by to use the RV dump which my coworkers and I have always used to fill our water tanks because it was convenient for us. I asked to use it and the cashiers acted like they had no idea what I was talking about until I said I'd been using it for a long time. They charged me a fee, which they'd never done before. I agreed to pay it reluctantly. After I had finished using it, I asked my girlfriend to bring the key to the padlock on the spicket back inside. The attendant in there was very rude to her as she snatched the key back from her hand. I am baffled by the fact that anybody would treat their customers the way we were. Highly disappointed that I'll now have to avoid this place from now on

We have been loyal customers of this gas station because of the free RV dump. We've always purchased our gas from here because they've allowed us to use RV dump facility. We came to dump today and were told that we had to purchase our gas first to determine if we spent enough to get this privilege for free. We only needed half a tank and we're unsure if we would get enough to meet their petty requirement. After a very unfriendly exchange with a very unfriendly gas station attendant, we paid the fee to dump, and we will take our $50 gas purchase and all others elsewhere. No thanks. We won't be back.

I've been a regular customer at this location since moving to Washington in 2005 even though the location isn't the most convenient for me to buy fuel. The reason I supported this business is because they had a free R.V. dump station for those who bought gas or diesel fuel. Last year it changed and was a free dump if you bought $30 worth of fuel. Yesterday I returned from a camping trip and after filling up with $59.60 was denied being able to dump because now the fee is set at $60. When I explained that I was a regular customer and had been for 16 years, it fell on deaf ears. The cashier wasn't going to let me dump my R.V. over 40 cents. When I asked if I needed to take my business elsewhere, the young man told me that would be a good idea.Sorry to say, but I'm not buying anything there ever again.

They were out of coffee cups and coffee but when I paid for it before hand they failed to mention that. I asked if they had any more coffee cups and the lady answered “nope” KNOWING I had just paid and they didn’t have any.

I pulled into this gas station and was pleasantly surprised with the prices. My gas came to $36 and some change but my card was billed at $40 and some change. When I figured out the price per gallon, it was still less expensive than other gas stations but really wonder why they think they can get away with charging more than the pump price. I didn't notice anything that said cash price vs credit card price.

Went to buy a drink that was 2.79 but rang up on the register as 2.99. When I said that it says 2.79 on the tag. Kira, the cashier, says no its 2.99. Not offering to fix it or apologize for their mistake. THEY FALSE ADVERTISE THEIR PRICES.
