Nicole can take things out on customers here and there. Her manager had to give up some training and push her a bit to be half respectful to me as a customer. The manager is great and non problematic, tries to help customers and retain them. The branch itself needs some help, really outdated systems, poor IT infrastructure bankwide, and all in all I feel US Bank is a dinosaur in the world of banking. Worst thing about this branch was the tellers that seemed to utterly hate life and took it out in their customer facing roles. I suggest they go to a warehouse and drive a forklift all day so they can keep to themselves and be as bitter and angry as they want.

Being from New York I have always been a long time Chase bank user. I needed a change after I moved to Utah and saw many US bank branches. I visited this location in Hurricane to start my account and was given such amazing service. Andrea helped make me a checking and saving account super quickly. She even got me qualified for a credit card that was way better than my current Chase card. Would strongly recommend this branch for any US banking needs.

To following up on a previous review, when I called and asked why they didn't have time to open a checking account, for a minor attached account as we are already banking there, I was told that if we had just made an appointment they could have maybe gotten us taken care of.I was not aware that appointments were required to use the services at this bank. They always take time to ask if I would like to get a loan for some promotionthey have.Maybe if they could have skipped that, they would have actually had time to help the customer and saved the 2 min they required. You keep saying that you value good service; maybe not just say it in the future.

Horrible customer service. Would give a 0 star review if possible. Existing customer, have been for over 20 years. Employees treat you like you, the paying customer, is such an inconvenience to their lives. Came into business at 3:42 needing to open a checking account for my child, I work, left early from my work. But no, opening checking accounts could take up to 20 minutes and they closed in 18 minutes so they could not help me, I quote:” we have other important things to do.” All the while another employee was just sitting at their desk!? When I asked why we couldn’t try and hurry, the response was,” then I would have to work a few minutes longer and I have a life.” What!?! This is a pathetic place to do business. Will NOT be returning to open the account.

Worst bank ever. I don't know of a single bank that charges you for cashier's check when you bank through them and that's just for starters.

The tellers are incredibly rude...I've multiple issues with this and I don't understand why. They seem put out to help you with anything or answer any questions. I get a large sigh or what feels like an eye roll in their tone when I asked for the 800 number for US bank because they couldn't help me with something. Tone and attitude could use some help. Dunno if these people are miserable there or what but there's no reason for it. Especially Nicole. Don't know who spit in your coffee but being rude to everyone else won't fix your day. Happy that I'm getting my loan moved over away from here.

Great Customer Service they are always helpful and not in a rush. Usually I hate going to the bank but I look forward to seeing everyone there

I've transacted at this Hurricane bank branch twice and found the bank tellers to be very unwelcoming unlike the St. George, Bluff St. location, where they greet you with a smile and make you feel appreciated as a customer. The manager needs to tell these elderly female tellers here to act like they do not hate their job or the customers or are just racist to "brown skin", non-white, customers.

I feel that the representatives there treat me really well. The only reason I am not giving them a full 5 stars is because there technology is terrible. Their website is down a lot more than any other bank I have used and when it does work it has glitches and moves very slow. I have another bank that I have used for almost a year and it I never have the issues like I do at USBank. I like the people there and that is the only reason I am still with USBank. Plus , it is time consuming to switch everything. But I forsee that happening if corporate can not get their technology on point.

This is the best bank branch I've ever banked with, and I've been with US Bank for over 13 years. There is a very local feel to this bank. I'm always greeted with a hello and a smile from the staff as I walk in the door and I appreciate the friendly and professional manner in which I'm treated here.
