Highly recommend the Hurricane, UT Verizon store - great customer service but our timing was good and the store didn’t get busy until our purchase was almost complete. Recommend going just after lunch. Dallas & Jace were great to work with. In particular, Dallas took the time to look up the best discount since we’re long time Verizon customers and then he ensured it was applied to our account. Suggest you ask about the military discount if you served. He also informed us of a phone replacement offer that was perfect for my wife since her phone was ~6 yrs old. I jumped at the shiny new object a little too quickly and replaced my phone when it was only 2-3 years old and running great. That was my fault for not fully understanding the pros and cons. The new iPhone is nice and I’m pleased overall although getting it set up is always a challenge and then the older case and charge cables no longer fit (USB-C on both ends now) so we had to purchase new ones. Dallas helped us across the board including a discount on those items. If you upgrade, I recommend you have your passwords (Google, Verizon, etc.) ready so you can complete the process while there. Since we recently relocated here from Idaho, the Hurricane store is now our go-to Verizon store.

Customer BEWARE VERIZON SCAM. SEIONOR CITATION GOT SCAMED . The sales representative didn't not explain everything upgrading phone scam , now locked in for 3 years , Talk to management on phone he said YOU SIGHED THE CONTACT TO BAD. BE WE'RE ALL CUSTOMERS.

We waited over an hour as a line of people stacked up while the employee chatted with one customer. I get dealing with chatty customers, but he was in no rush to keep things moving. Most of us ended up leaving because it was obvious we’d be there all afternoon.

Absolutely the very BEST customer service ever!!!Went in yesterday and bought phone & watch. Jeremy and Aaron were very helpful. Today I went in 3 times only one person working Travis who was kind, patient and extremely professional to each person who came in. Other companies especially Verizon should take notice.
