I had a great experience with this Walgreens. I called ahead of time to make sure an over the counter supplement was available at the store. Walgreens was clean, staff nice and friendly. I bought what I was looking for. Nice and easy!

I've been using this pharmacy for about 2 years. Nearly half of my RX have been messed up. The staff fails to fill when directed, loses prescriptions faxed to them, gets the quantity wrong, and on and on. It's really pathetic. I love the Walgreens access and inter communication, but it's not worth dealing with this store's incompetence. Moving my business to another Pharmacy.

Mid transaction the pharmacist decided she needed to go to lunch. 'Its our policy' she said. They filled the wrong prescription and rather than correct it first, decided to go to lunch for 30, then call my home pharmacy and once they reached that pharmacy, it would be 30 more minutes to revise the prescription from there. Horrible customer service. Find another pharmacy.

Have a severe toothache and my dr called with an amoxicillin prescription 20 minutes to close. There was no reason they couldn't have filled it before closing. My dr said they were rude and wouldn't consider it. Now I have to go to the ER to get something that would have taken 2 minutes. My main frustration was the way they told us no.

CHRIS NEEDS AN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT!! The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because Wyatt and Ryan genuinely cared about my frustration and actually made me feel calmer. Without that in store interaction I would've done 1 star, 0 if that were an option courtesy of Chris. Life has enough stresses without being talked down to, lied to and dismissed by a rude, uncaring employee. The first time I experienced Chris I brushed it off as an employee who hates his job and was having a bad day but this time I had to say something. Based on what I heard in store I am not the 1st customer he has been rude to and won't be the last unless management steps in. To the managers at the Hurricane Walgreens please give a kudos to Wyatt and Ryan in the pharmacy. They really made me feel good about continuing to use Walgreens. It's employees like that that keep your customers coming back. In contrast PLEASE address the attitude that Chris has. I know I'm not the only customer that has had to deal with his rude demeaning lazy behavior. It's employees like him that will drive (probably already have) customers away.
