Incompetence at its finest at this pharmacy! I talked on the phone with them yesterday and they said scripts ready tomorrow. I call next day and they "put it on the shelf" which means not filling. No plans to call me to tell me but luckily I called and found out. I told them to fill the scripts. They said in stock and done in 40 minutes. I drive down 15 miles and they say they don't have one of them. Incompetence!

I wanted to thank the Pharmacist, Leslie McDonald for doing an outstanding job providing great customer services during the pickup of my prescription. The other local pharmacy was unable to fill my request that I received from my visit to Instant Care. Called Walgreens and Leslie went beyond her abilities to provide me with the correct prescribed prescription required for my medical ailment, at the correct RX insurance price. I was very pleased. Website often doesn't work. Last order I asked specifically for shipping and it was changed to Door Dash without my permission--no one was available at my home to accept parcel. Shipping was important to the order as that USPS and UPS will leave secure in mailbox. They also cancelled a portion of my order--website was very clear the nearby store didn't even offer my items--which was fine because the website offered the items with shipping. The Manager at store was frankly rude and unhelpful when I called to try and unravel the problem. It will be awhile before I attempt again to use website/app or recommend to a friend.

I'd like to thank Walgreens pharmacy, Pharmacy and technican Christy. This group of professionals is the most helpful and kind of staff that I've ever worked with, so many other big box pharmacies treat you like you're bothering them, but this group goes out of their way to help you and make sure that your given the best price possible. We're so lucky to have them in our community thank you Christy and staff.

Walgreens keeps getting worse and worse. Customer service is slow here and sometimes the employees are rude (except a few). At least the manager is helpful but even they are frustrated with Walgreens awful computer system that makes returns a major pain. Worst of all, when you return something because the price was incorrect and should have been cheaper.. they throw a portion on a gift card because you used the reward points for the overall transaction. So what was the freaking point of using them?! and now I have to come back again. The pharmacy is awful as well with prices changing every time I go to pick my medicine up. To top it all off.. they now try to push a Walgreens credit card on you... yeah plunge us all into debt some more why don't ya. I hope this company tanks and goes out of business.

I went to this Walgreens to get my propane tank exchange. When I walked in with my propane tank, the woman at the register, her name was Rebekah, informed me that I needed to leave the tank outside. It was an honest mistake. I wasn't aware of the rule. I place my propane tank outside and went back in and she rang me up. As she was doing this she told me three different times in a very condescending and rude tone that there was a sign that said I was not to bring my tank inside. I told her the first time that I did not see the sign and apologized. She continued berating me for this tiny mistake until I left the store. Other than that, my experience was good. The price for propane exchange is fair, but Rebekah's attitude needs adjusting.

This past weekend, my Rx was redirected to Walgreens in Hurricane for coverage reasons. Arrived 30 minutes prior to closing. Very impressed by staff friendliness and efficiency during check-in. The female pharmacist (didn't get her name) was quick to fill the order and even left the counter to locate and bring to me an OTC ointment I had inquired about. Instead of telling me what aisle to search, she went and retrieved for me, never in my life have I received such kind service. Thank you!

Kristy the Pharmacy Tech and Jenny the Pharmacist delivered exceptional and courteous service to me when I was having a glitch occur between my doctors system and Walgreens. They absolutely made my day and I will always make sure to come to this Walgreens in Hurricane whenever I can!! Thank you ! They saved me hassle, time and effort

I have been going to this Walgreens in particular for about 2 and a half years and I've kept my self silent for too long.First off Wyatt and several other employees are very nice, well mannered. The exception being an employee named Billy, he has Been treating my mother horribly to the point she is in tears. This all stemmed from an incident where Billy misplaced a bag of narcotics (Pain pills) that day we were threatened with the police showing up, which never happened. Well ever since HE misplaced them about two years ago, he has been truly awful, snarky, and harsh to my physically disabled mother who lives in a state of constant ptsd and this time, the way he immediately assumed we were their for pain pills and we weren't AT ALL! I have made a formal complaint. Billy has the absolute worst customer service attitude, I am sick of seeing my mother cry and have an anxiety attack, she is afraid of going there now because she doesn't want to be treated like that. We are currently looking for a new pharmacy cause of Billy, and his horrid customer service attitude. I now have to inform you also, they keep getting the dosage on my VERY IMPORTANT psyche medication wrong. If this is removed, I'll post it again.

My wife and I. Me a disabled Vet, her a cancer survivor. Made appointments online for flu shot and covid boosters. When we showed up they said I could not get either vaccine shot. Because "I had no insurance", even though I showed my Medicare and VA Id's. Instead of offering me to just pay the $30 for the flu shot and then give me my free covid booster they denied me both shots. The clueless woman at the counter even went back and asked the pharmacist. My wife and I waited 20 minutes (with nobody in the waiting room but us) for her scheduled covid booster. While we sat there we observed this pharmacy's staff running around and failing customer service to other customers. Customers on the phone (the phones rang constantly with no attempt to answer the calls). Customers at the drive up window being neglected. And walkup customers being treated like dirt.End results? I never received my scheduled Covid booster or flu shot. And after waiting 30 minutes past her appointment time we walked out.A complete failure of this pharmacy at all levels. We then went down the street to Family Pharmacy and received all 4 of our shots in 15 minutes. Avoid this place like the plague.

If you're going to have a FedEx location and maybe your employees see someone sitting at the counter for 2 or 5 minutes waiting patiently maybe make contact.Not having people around is worse than people seeing you and ignoring you.
