Went at 10:50 to pick up batteries. Store manager was out front yelling at everyone in the parking lot that the store was closed in an extremely aggressive manner even though the Walmart app said they were open until 11. At least update your website if you want to close early I'd be happy not to come if you don't want to work as late.

Nice store but never enough cashiers! Either add more self-checkout lanes or hire more cashiers. 2 cashiers and 4 self-checkouts is not enough for the store size and amount of customers.

On Friday Nov 10th my wife was having a bad day. We stopped in Walmart in Hurricane to get a battery for her watch. At the counter she was met with a friendly smile named Francis. Francis was eager to help and carried on with small talk. Thank you Francis for making my wife's day.

Nothing is locked up or behind glass! It's good to be back in Utah. Clean store, friendly people, convenient location.

Super great Walmart - as a super store it's big & spacious with tons to shop for. Enjoy a walmart that doesn't have things locked up & plenty of staff to assist and very polite. Another great feature is having a deli area in the front for quick and easy finds for dinner or a quick bite. Store is clean and well stocked with inventory. The line was short with only 2 in front of me and the service cashier was very sweet and was laughing with us about our purchases from the garden department.

Delivery! I shop online for the convenience and I hardly ever have time to go grocery shopping. Delivery is generally okay, but man you have to watch your list. I once had 1/2 of a $500 order go missing. I hate having to inventory everything as it comes in the door. Only time I do is when its blatantly obvious things are missing. Unpredictable. Unreliable. Resolution is to credit you for whats missing, convenience be damned. If I have to go out my door to shop for $500-1000 in groceries, I'm not going to Walmart on principal alone. Probably okay with a small order Actually, I just got a "small order" and 8 items were missing. It was 2 gallons of missing milk that got me triggered. Shopping cart is lacking and delivery is not reliable. If I have to drive I'll go an extra 10 minutes to Smiths!

Excellent online grocery order curbside pickup. I do grocery pickups here every few weeks and they are always on time and quick to bring out my order. I have some really bad experiences at many other Walmarts at the hurricane location just seems to have it figured out. The grocery pickups are always quick and accurate. I've never had a missing item in about 3 years of doing pickups here. The cedar city grocery pickup is horrendous.

I just recently moved from California to Mesquite Nevada and was in the local Walmart, the public bathroom there was the cleanest I've ever seen so California take note, your a bunch of slobs! Great job Mesquite!

I usually have a great experience here, as I'm a regular customer at this location, and I'm in there at least 2-3 times a week. However, my husband and I were treated very poorly and disrespectfully today by an associate and a manager. I was purchasing a single bud light chelada (Literally 1 can), because while shopping I began developing a migraine, and that is the only thing I've ever found to help it. While I was scanning the last of our other items, an associate approached and acted like she was in a terrible hurry to conduct the business she needed to, and I feel we were rushed. My husband proceeded to show her his ID, then she handed it back to him without even checking it. She asked where the beverage was, so i pointed to the bag it was in. She grabbed it and asked if it had already been rung up. Uummm duh, of course it was already rung up... why else would the register have alerted her that an id check was required??? She said, "Unfortunately, I can't sell any alcohol right now." When I asked her if there was a specific reason for that, she snapped, "Because I just can't." And walked away with the can. So after paying for the rest of our items we walked back to the other end of the store and got into the customer service line to find out why we were denied the purchase. A manager standing off to the side, who was now holding the chelada asked if we needed to speak to a manager. I said yes, and before I could even ask what the issue was, she informed me that the other associate had apparently smelled alcohol on one of our breaths (not both of ours), and therefore could not sell it to either of us, because we were intoxicated. First of all, I was nowhere near any point of intoxication, as the only drinks I had today were a glass of wine and a beer with lunch around noon, and my husband literally had 1 drink before we went shopping. This all occurred around 5pm, after we had been shopping for almost an hour. So why were we not told this reason when I asked at the checkstand, causing us to walk to the other end of store to find out what the problem was in the first place?? And why did they feel it was necessary to treat us so poorly throughout the whole situation?? I completely understand if someone was obviously intoxicated and behaving irrationally, or didn't have id, but simply because one person had a scent on their breath, neither adult could purchase 1 simple tall can? Even being denied the purchase wouldn't have been such a big deal to me, if they would have handled the situation in a positive and courteous manner. I actually contacted corporate about the issue, and that's not something I do very often with any business when I've had a negative experience, as I have worked in customer service positions for many years, and know how hard it can be. I truly felt this experience was worth going up the ladder. Seriously, I have never had any issues with purchasing anything that requires ID at this location since it opened, until today... Even when my husband was legitimately intoxicated.

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. This WALMART suffers from poor attitude Supervisors. Is it upper management or the person,? Either way, our recent WALMART PU was a nightmare, 2 hour delay with no message, then had to wait an additional 4 hours. We selected a 7-8am pu and due to WALMART APP issues on their side our order won't be threads until 2pm. As out of towners we now are waiting in the WALMART PU now 6+ hours. The on duty Supervisor for this department had the ability to correct this and have our order pulled sooner; however, chose not too! Now one would d guess this might be due to staff being behind or busy BUT NO that wasn't or isn't the case, as a matter of fact, staff told us they were way ahead today and could have easily got our order filled timely. While waiting we have signed up for Smith's/Rally's and will be order from them going forward! AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION IF YOU ARE A SNOWBIRD TRAVELING,YOU MAY END UP IN A WALMART PARKING LOT SITTING IN YOUR CAR, and checking in late to your reservation. Bye WALMART.

The cashier in the pink shirt at register 4 was extremely rude. Said hi to her and she looked me dead in the eye and didn't say anything back. You don't need to be extremely nice but if someone is saying hello you say it back... Also she put each item in one individual bag each? Which made absolutely no sense and caused more trouble for me. Train your employees better...

Great Walmart as Walmarts go. We blew in like a hurricane to find a road atlas. Very helpful lady loves our little dog buster and told us right where to look. Right on dog loving lady.

My experience with this store has been the staff - particularly the later night folks working the self-checkout area have been rude and unfriendly. Not usually that big a deal. I don't need to be friends with everyone. But my experience last week was unacceptable. I am 62 years old. My wife is 58. The young girl at the self checkout would NOT sell us beer because my wife didn't bring her ID in. I had mine. Trust me - neither one of us look under 21. Or even under 40. This is ridiculous and completely disrespectful. I am going to start giving my business to the smaller local stores that treat me with respect and a cheerful demeanor. Take note Walmart. Every big company started with one customer. You lose them one by one as well. I'm sure to tell all my local friends and visitors to the area about the treatment older customers receive here. If this isn't walmart's policy you may need to look into who is working your late night checkout staff.

Had to stop by and grab a small package of containers and a cooler and got in and out really easily (and inexpensively).

They had a knee brace that I needed but it was the last one! No one wearing masks in here which is weird when you're from California and everyone wears them. Also there were TONS of women in the same long dress with the same hair style like a legit cult grocery shopping. Very strange place...thankful this isn't my normal Wal-Mart.
