Was left waiting at the register for 30+ minutes AFTER my car was finished being serviced. The female associate ran around all disorganized, and argued with her manager in front of a growing crowd of customers. Have great interactions with every other associate in automotive so I don't know what the problem was today.

This place is consistently slow and has poor customer service. I want to like this place because I order tires and have them mounted here. Unfortunately, I can't get tires rotated in less than two hours. My last oil change here- they failed to put in a crush washer and I leaked oil all over my garage. When I took it back to the manager, he told me they just forgot to wipe it down. So I took it home and it leaked some more. I now use a floor jack and rotate my own tires in 10 minutes. I go to a different oil change joint that is cheaper. Can't recommend this store at all. Ceder City store is much better.

We needed batteries for our F350. Reg was particularly helpful, both on the phone and once we got to the store. Is it my imagination, or have the employees at Walmart gotten friendlier?
