The new checkout system, with a single long line, is described as chaotic and inconvenient, with entry points sometimes blocked. Parking is often inadequate. Despite these frustrations, many staff members are noted for being exceptionally kind and helpful, going out of their way to assist with returns, at the pharmacy, and in the tire center, where service was fast and efficient.
We're just visiting from Illinois, and it's just like every other Walmart but hey it's somewhere different and that makes it kind of cool
