They have decent service, needed my ATM card fixed, and they took care of it right away. Other places make you wait days to get cards fixed.

Drive-through as 3 lanes open. One car in each, I am the 2nd car back Been sitting here for 10 minutes and not one transaction has been handled..... Absolutely ridiculous

Very sad with this locations customer service. If you don’t like your job get a new one. Don’t have an attitude with your customer because you made a mistake. Listen- apologize-correct the mistake. Simple and all a customer wants. I’d rather go to a different branch then have an employee begrudgingly fix the simple error.

Zions… zions… my dad reaches out and lets me know over draft fees are stacking in my old teen account with zions.Haven’t used it in years.I try and make a payment and close the account, however, they tell me I have to go into a branch. Then they tell me they “would” credit me one of the overdrafts, but since another one is about to come through it would just cancel out. So they won’t.$10 PayPal charge I wasn’t aware of = -1500% on investment. Nice banking with you Zion’s.Adios.

There’s literally a fee for every single thing this bank will do for you. Even if you ask them to not send you paper statements they will still continue to charge you for them and send them anyway. After five attempts of asking them to stop, they then told me that they charge me five dollars per statement that they were going to email. I am not a fan of banks that nickel and dime. Will not be banking with them ever again. Terrible customer service as well. Asked several times to quit the paper fees and was never taken care of.

WARNING! They will change deposit dates and times to hit you with insufficient funds fees. My wife and I repeatedly had these reversed until we just closed the account. Save yourself money and heartache by going to a credit union.

A few years ago, I took my daughter into this bank to open an account where she could keep her cheerleading funds. I was discouraged from opening an account for my daughter because I would need to be a cosigner (of course I had already planned on being a cosigner). Try as I might I could not convince the branch manager to open the account. A short time after that, the same manager informed me that I could not change from a married to a maiden last name without the consent of my ex-husband, who was not listed on the account. I, of course, changed banks; but was then placed in the position of being a joint signer on yet another account through this bank about a year ago. I did not want to reinstate business with this branch, but did so against my better instincts. Today, I was informed by a branch manager that my business is not beneficial to Zion's Bank. He further informed me that he would do everything he could to assist me if he felt that I was going to bring income into his branch; but that as he could not see my business benefitting his branch's bottom line in the future, he was unwilling to do anything to help me. Avoid this branch at all costs! No manager should ever say these things to a customer regardless of the circumstances.

Try calling this branch. What a joke the phone rings forever and NO answer. Won't be using them for a mtg. Their loss ...
