We used caliber collision after we were in a minor car accident. Caliber collision was amazing to work with! They did everything with the insurance company! The repairs are perfect, and they even returned our rental car. We will definitely be using them again.

Caliber collision didn’t seem to communicate very well back-and-forth with my insurance company. My truck was actually done on Thursday, but I was not allowed to pick it up until the following Tuesday because of lack of communication between caliber and my insurance company. Our car was damaged by another vehicle and their insurance company had it fixed by Caliber Collision. We were very pleased with their service. We felt like they were very conscientious about making sure all of the possible problems were addressed and taken care. They were great to work with.

Tab was amazing! My car parts took forever to arrive, leaving me without a car for two months, but he and his team were incredibly diligent, keeping me updated every step of the way, which really eased my worries. After having my door replaced, I noticed some wind noise, as if a window was slightly cracked. I called Caliber, and they were so accommodating—told me to bring it in and they’d take care of it. Such friendly, thoughtful people that really take all the worry out of getting your car fixed. I noticed a few areas on my car where they went about and beyond .. which I immensely appreciated!

I was skeptical going to a place recommended by my insurance. I was worried that the auto body place would put the priorities of the insurance company above my own. That was NOT the case! They were professional, kept me informed the entire repair, quick, and the repairs were top notch!
