My favorite plant place! They always are very knowledgeable and friendly. When they aren’t as knowledgeable, they find the person on staff that is! Kat was very helpful with me, she is VERY knowledgeable and sweet.
Also this place always carries the CUTEST POTS. They’ve helped me learn a lot about indoor plant care. 10/10 recommend.

Here is my experience with them.
When they were ringing me up they made a mistake and double scanned a tree. Not an issue. The clerk just made a mistake and wanted to fix it after I pointed it out to them. The issue is that they couldn't fix it without the manager and the manager refused to let them fix it until they could roll into the store sometime the next afternoon. Eventually sometime the next day the manager decided they were ready to finally put in the code that lets them give their customers their money back.
Less than a month later--The tree they sold was a dud and refused to refund it after telling me they would. They did "graciously" offer me 20% off on my next purchase instead. I had to go through a charge back with my credit card company to get my money back. They lost the case.
I bought the replacement tree at Home Depot. It was cheaper, bigger, and they back their trees up with a year guarantee.

I live out of state, but love to visit Freckle Farm when I’m in Logan. Today is my daughter’s birthday and I wanted to see if they could deliver something for me.

Nice place, was looking for climbing roses. Selection wasn't varied & they had become scattered in with other types. Found 3 nice ones & hope they'll do as well as 3 bought last year.

What a wonderful nursery. We visited in the beginning of May and the flowers in the greenhouse were gorgeous. What a lovely interior also. The arrangement and unique displays made shopping a joy.

We went to Freckle Farm to get flowers and plants today. The selection was great!! Kat was such a great help!! The whole staff was wonderful!

Giant plant store and greenhouse with just about everything. They even have habanero peppers which are tough to find and a good assortment of other interesting vegetables.

I came in on a rainy Saturday afternoon, and bought a little plant for $4.99. I also bought my own pot, because someone told me that if you purchase a plant at Freckle Farm, they'll pot it for free. "Sweet!" I thought.
When it came time to check out, I was charged a 3.99 fee for them to pot my plant. It's not so much the dollar amount that bugged me - it was the principle of the thing.
Dang! I really wanted to like this place, because they were real helpful and friendly. I guess it was my mistake for assuming?

The trees are perfect! The service is amazing. We brought a tarp to wrap it up in but they wrapped it up so well we didn't need it. Not a single pine needle in my car. ?

I really love freckle farms and go there every year for decorations. Their Christmas selection this year is amazing. They had previously posted a coupon that said good all weekend on social media but when I attempted to use it at checkout they said it was a typo and couldn’t honor the coupon price. I was very frustrated at this especially since it was clearly said on social media and it was not taken down.
