“Recently purchased a 2012 Nissan Xterra from Valley Motors. Process was casual, simple, and straightforward. Worked with Vicki on the purchase. She was friendly, helpful, and responsive. They negotiated the price with me and came down slightly, though they did mostly hold to their number. Test drive process was simple and no pressure. I called ahead of time, talked to Vicki, showed up at the dealership, they made a copy of my driver's license, then let me take the car for a test drive. Following that, we did the rest of the communication via phone and email. We worked out the price and transaction almost entirely that way, then I came in the day we planned to pick up the car, signed the final paperwork and got the keys. I did not obtain financing through Valley Motors, so I can't speak to that process with them. Vicki offered an extended warranty through a third-party they work with. There was very little pressure to buy and we are still considering that option which Vicki said we could do at anytime through her with an inspection of the vehicle. Also, we wanted to do a specialty license plate (the DWR mule deer plate) and Vicki helped coordinate that and get questions answered from the DMV. Overall, very smooth process, very little sales pressure, good quality vehicle. If they have the car you want, I would definitely recommend them.”
