I always get sold the WRONG PARTS. Only at this specific location and it’s only by one specific perfect. Y’all should fire him. I’m tired of having to buy and return constantly cause of this. Maybe hire someone who knows what they’re helping people look for?

Aside from one or two employees who seem to know what they are doing and are actually helpful. No one seems to have much if any training. It's faster to look up you own parts on their website than the employee can on a computer they use every day. Not to mention on at least 5 occasions I was told I would receive a call when parts I ordered came in. Never received a call. Always have to call and ask them to check and see if it has arrived.
Better luck with the store in providence.

I would give this zero stars if I could, bought a battery from them, few weeks later got it diagnosed as a bad battery from my repair shop. They never gave me a refund or anything even though I had all the documentation and the receipt. I wouldn’t recommend getting any part from this store. They would do anything to rip you off and get a sale. Over $200 down the drain. This place isn’t worth it.

I had to buy the protector the topper and windshield today it was 2:00 pm. Since they didn’t have one the protector and the topper. Zane at O’Reilly’s in Hyrum went out of his way and not only did he manage to get the piece needed to be able to put the windshield wiper on but he sent for it from the store in Ogden. And removed the broken piece as well. Just like he said at 4:30 pm and Erick installed it. A windshield wiper that the car wash had decimated. Than you so much Zane you were awesome young man. You promised and delivered. Blessings

I ran down to get some motor oil. It looked like there was only 1 person working, and was with a customer trying to find something on a display. After 5 minutes, the other customer left. There was only me and the employee there. The employee stayed down the isle looking at stuff on display. I tried to get his attention, but no luck getting him to come and help me. After 10 more minutes I left. I went to Ridley's across the street and got the oil, paid, and was home in 5 minutes. I should have gone there first.

I was just looking around with some friends because we want to mod my car and we were just browsing, there was this older man who worked there and was trying to keep an eye on us, at one point he was standing right behind us. eventually he asked is in a kind of hostile manner if we were going to buy anything. I think it was unprofessional of him. I mean he didn't even bother to try and help us find anything he just asked if we were going to get something. also not 100% if this is what he said or not but it sounded like he made a comment or something about kicking us out
