Not only that, but since Amazon started shipping everyone’s packages there instead of to our doorstep, their jobs have gotten 10x harder. They’ve handled it with grace, especially considering the small building they’re in. Even so, they’re always willing to help. They’ve been nothing but incredible and I enjoy going to the post office because of them!”

“I had a issue with some mail not being picked up from a collection box. I went into the office right before closing time and talked with the man at the desk about this problem and he went and talked to the manager Matthew. He came back and said that Matthew would go out to the collection box and check it himself. Around 6:00 or so I got a call from Matthew explaining what had happened. A little while after the phone call I got a detailed email and apology that I can send to the customers who’s packages delayed. Although this was a inconvenience to me I was very impressed with the way Matthew went about this situation. It is nice to know that there are some institutions with good customer service.”
