“I stopped by Sunrise during a roadtrip through the area. Ran over a rock on a Saturday, leading to a small bulge in the tire wall, but couldn't get it in until Monday (I was nowhere near a tire shop that Saturday, and Sunrise was closed Sundays). Monday happened to be the day I was driving back to California, so I was in a bit of a rush when I stopped in Monday morning. A young woman (Kenna?) helped me out. I was primarily concerned with my tire's condition and whether it needed replacing, and she came out to give an assessment. She then had her boss (didn't catch his name) give a second opinion, and they agreed that the damage warranted replacement ASAP -- I had a six-hour drive to California ahead of me, and it wouldn't be safe with a tire that could potentially blow out.They didn't have my exact tire in stock, but it was available across town. The initial recommendation was to come back in a few hours when they'd be ready, but I expressed that I was in a bit of a hurry (very unfortunate timing!). Kenna offered to personally drive over and pick up the tire they needed. I appreciated that so much! She left immediately, came back with it, and they got it installed.The pricing was pretty fair. It was a good experience, especially with their willingness to speed up the process for my situation. Thanks y'all.”

“I had a minor accident with my vehicle and needed some repairs done to the front end. State Farm insurance gave me the name of Dixie auto body. I dropped my vehicle off on Tuesday morning. It was supposed to be completed by that Friday. They were courteous and friendly. They emailed me letting me know the progress. Thursday morning I got a call saying that my vehicle was ready to go. “I was pretty much stranded with a non functional alternator and a battery that was not suitable for my push button staring vehicle (unbeknownst to me at the time).After limping my way here, the crew at this particular spot informed me about AGM batteries and how they are needed for vehicles with that technology. Unfortunately, I didn't have the means to purchase yet another battery and was in a pretty big dilemma. Thankfully, the store manager figured out a way to remedy this for me and I was merrily back on the road and on my way home stress and anxiety free.Muchas gracias AutoZone on Bluff Street in Greater Zion, Utah!!! “Heres my experience 100%! Spent alot of time researching 3 companies but pdi was 3rd on my list because i forgot about them since i didnt need them. They went to the top of the list and kept searching and reviewing info. I actually made my mind up based on customer service( thanks reilly). Purchased big boss tuner and impatiently and eagerly had to wait to install. Be Patient! Finally got tunes downloaded but truck was being a pain. 2016 prostar auto and i called once again and leroy got me hooked up ( pull transmission fuse). Bingo!! 30 minutes later i was rolling. 3 days later im running ozarks pulling Everyhill running cooler. I think my fuel mpg is up 10-15%. Will pay for itself in 8 weeks and 100% happy with everything and looking forward to future purchases. ( love the 5 gauge layout). Was treated as a customer Not a number.”

“I was passing through St. George from Flagstaff, AZ. My car's bumper had come loose and I couldn't drive anywhere with it like that. I went to Rocky Mountain Collision, in hopes to get it fixed without too much delay. The owner himself came out and fixed the problem right then and there (in the 112 degree weather I might add). They charged an extremely fair price. I would recommend this business to everyone in St. George and anyone passing through.”

“Was on the last leg of a 4,000 mile road trip in my Sprinter camper van when my check engine light came on before Cedar City. Stopped at Mercedes-Benz of St. George hoping that they would be able to run a quick diagnostic check and get me on my way. Upon pulling into the service bay I was immediately greeted by a Service Advisor who I explained my issue with the check engine light. I was told that it would take between 45 to 60 minutes to have a technician look at the Sprinter and was taken to a very nice and comfortable waiting area. After about 30 minutes the Service Advisor advised that the technician ran a diagnostic check, could not find any issues and cleared the check engine light. The Advisor informed me that there would be no charge, handed me the key fob and directed me to my Sprinter. What great service, very helpful and professional.”

“I went into autozone 3 times the first time was for an engine scan on my toyota 4 runner and they told me I had a misfire on cylinder 2 and needed a fuel injector, so I replaced it and it kept doing the same thing, the second time I took it back the code said misfire on cylinders 2 and 4 they said replace your coils and another injector and all of my spark plugs. So yesterday may 20th 2023 I went to orielly auto parts on sunset and Carter showed me a diagram of my engine firing order and helped me figure out that I should change the spark plug wires and right after I put the new wires in everything was fixed thanks alot Carter”
