About Quarry Visitor Center
This great place is a cool uncrowded visitor center in the Quarry. The rock layers are diagonal and the wall has tons of fossils and bone casts. Explore the exhibits, check out the geology books, and start a hike around the shuttle and tram to the bone wall. The landscape is stunning as the Grand Canyon but without crowds in the fall. People riding the bus up, catch a shuttle, and float trip on the Green River. Entrance fee is $25 to park a regular vehicle. Rangers are super nice and informative and the history is amazing.

Uncrowded. A winner for us. I would return and surely do a float trip on the Green River. The landscape is everything bit as stunning as the Grand Canyon but without the crowds in the fall. Don't miss this one

Worth a visit to this national monument. Totally remodeled and nice with impressive dinosaurs fossils!

The quarry itself is really cool but the visitors center is mostly just a small gift shop.
