I have been coming here for 20 years. It's near several small lakes and two big ones within a few minutes ride. Very quaint the rooms open up to join to the one next door, They are like little apartments with wood burning stove and one has a fire place they all except one have a couch or lazy boy chairs and little fully stocked kitchens. They have a back door that leads out to a big grassy back yard . Just right to play some games or have a bar-b-que or let the kids run around. . There is real nice fish cleaning station. The owner lives right next door and is always there with a helping hand. The town is small but has everything you need. Piaute reservoir is clean and beautiful with sandy beaches all around it and just minutes away. The general store and gas station with convenience store is with in walking distance. rated the rooms a four only due to the age of motel.

This really is the most fun place to stay at, yes it is a little ran down but what else do you expect this town is tiny. Me and 10+ people have been coming here and staying at this motel for years now for the junction rodeo, the little old lady that owns it and helps you is the sweetest and very clean.when you go to check out please dont leave a huge mess she goes and cleans them all by herself.have fun!

The owner was so kind and helpful. The room was nice and clean. I loved staying in this quaint lititle place.

Awesome little place. It is a bit of a dive. None of the smoke detectors work, which I really dislike.

Stayed here a couple of months ago to go fishing. Owner was awesome. Room was great. 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen. 49.00 a night. RV and boat parking. Very accommodating.
