I LOVE the Ace Hardware in KAMAS. Their people are helpful and knowledgeable. BUT BEWARE. The product I purchased was defective and I tried to return it to the Ace near my home when I got back. They would not take the return because it was not purchased from their specific store. Evidently not all Ace Hardware stores are Ace Hardware stores. Weird, I know, but evidently nothing can be done but check with other Ace Hardwares and see if I have to drive an hour back to Kamas for a return. So 5 stars for Kamas. 0 stars for the Taylorsville Ace Hardware. If, indeed, it can be called an Ace Hardware.

I do love this store. But it's disappointing that as an authorized Stihl dealer, the store will sell you Stihl tools but will not take those tools in for basic maintenance in its shop. No reason to buy Stihl tools there. Find another dealer that will support its customers.

Yup! Ace is the place! Very thankful for this store since Home Depot is a bit away. They don’t always have everything, especially when it comes to building materials but they do have the friendliest most helpful staff. I go there pretty much every weekend and if I have projects 3x a day??♀️. Home depot I can never find anyone to help me, not an issue here. Best place to get your chainsaw or last minute gifts too as well.

Went there to buy a chainsaw. They made me sign a paper saying they showed me how to use a chainsaw etc. But didn’t do any of that. They also didn’t know the answers to my questions so they provided false information.

Employees were not helpful, website was not updated. Website said they had merchandise they were out of. Employees did not know where items were located, it was clear customers were just a bother to them
