I have consulted with a manager, and although he has tried to help, he hasn't helped to his fullest ability, and I'm still upset about my relationship with this business.At first, I was misinformed by my bankruptcy attorney that AllWest would be terminated after filing bankruptcy last October. But due to their rules and strict contracts, I'm still in a contract until July 31st 2024.In addition, I was tricked before this time that I would get "fast internet" when I moved to Kamas, August 1, 2023. By the time I was in the contract, I realized shortly after that my internet was too slow for my needs.In ADDITION to this issue and AllWest surviving my chapter 7 bankruptcy last October, they also screwed up my billing 4-5 times, and I have recordings of all of my conversations with them and the manager about this.Despite the lack of compassion, deception, and miscommunication, I will give them a "star" for their attempts to correct the issue and providing me some internet, which is better than no internet.

I got this service here in Farmington last December. Internet was out all day Christmas and the 26th. Since that time I have had 3 additional serious outages. As of right now (Friday) I've been out of service for the last 24 hours. The company call center folks are nice people, but can do nothing to help you. They are telling me that they don't have anyone in the Farmington area today and it will be Monday at the earliest before they can address my issue. If you work from home, take it from me that it will hurt your business. I've missed 5 full days of work with the internet down and this company does not care. Explore other options and save yourself the grief

So far, so good. I changed internet providers and am waiting to get the All West package set up. They have been very understanding, professional and helpful.

All West unilaterally added a large number of very unwanted channels to its basic and expanded list of stations. All are worthless but they then increased their fees. I never had the choice to opt out. Hate it. I'd never recommend All West.

I would give them ZERO stars but I have to at least give One, Stupid All west doesn't even deserve one starIf you have different choices available to you for your internet provider DEFINITELY get it from anyone other than All West Communications. This company is an absolute joke, they are just like a used car salesman in that once they have sold you the product they don't give a flying flip about you. We have only had All West for less than 1 month and our internet went out last week on March 1, 2024. My wife called and submitted a service request (Ticket #08580) and was told it would be 24 hours before someone would be out. Ok no problem except 24 hours later still no internet, so we called again on March 2, 2024 to which we where told that it would actually take 24-48 hours before someone would be out. Again no problem except 48 hours later still no internet, so you guessed it we called again on March 3, 2024 and spoke to a gal named Amanda, We told her our frustrations and that we still did not have internet despite being told it would have been fixed within 48 hours. She asked if we had a ticket number to which she said she could not find it, so she created a new ticket (318288) and proceeded to tell us it would be 24 hours and someone should be out to fix this great, except come March 4, 2024 still no internet, so my wife called and keeps getting the run around and how convenient they cannot find the tickets for service, I also at the same time went online to create a service request along with my wife to see if that would help (Ticket numbers 318297 and 318288) so I decided to log on and check the status and surprise surprise both tickets show a status of "CLOSED" and guess what STILL NO INTERNET. So I am now going to go back to my old provider of Xfinity because at least with Xfinity 65% of your speed is better than 0% of anything. ALL WEST Is a Joke and all you get is the run around, So do yourself a favor and skip the headache and choose another option.

They had an outage yesterday which affected everyone near me and my service has been out for about 36 hrs and still not fixed but I'm the only one. Everyone else's is fine. I've only had the service for about 3 or 4 weeks. Been great up to now.Reply to Owner: I have called 4 times now and keep getting excuses. Where can we send you the bill for the work we have been missing without internet???If not fixed by tomorrow we switch back to Xfinity, My husband is ordering it now in case it's not fixed by 5:00 tomorrow

I have been a customer for almost 4 years and the service is always incredible. They give you multiple notifications if they are going to turn off the internet for maintenence. My favorite part is they have not changed the price of my bill at all since I've been with them! The internet is extremely reliable and if there are any issues, they get it fixed as soon as possible. Highly recommend for internet services!
