Debbie and Jesse saved my day. They were so helpful. I thought my phone was broken because it was submerged in water. They helped me troubleshoot and even lent me the store phone to call my dad. I couldn't be more grateful for their friendly, helpful response.

My husband and I live in ORDERVILLE, about 17 or so miles from Kanab. We went to the Verizon store there. The girl helping us was so awesome!! She went above and beyond helping us. What I mean by that is, she offered to take my husband's new phone and type in all the contacts while she ate her lunch!! It wasn't possible to transfer his information from the old phone. We had some running around to do. I just want to say this was so above and beyond to do for us!! Thank you Tina!! Thank you Verizon for having her there!! Give her a raise, she deserves it!!

This is an indirect Verizon store. You'll have to pay 2 activation fees if you sign up for new service. Start up fee through them and an activation fee through Verizon. The guys here don't know there stuff. Absolute worst cell store I've been to. Say one thing but it's another.

The ladies that work there are awesome very knowledgeable,kind, and helpful they do everything they can to help the coustemer. The gentleman that works in the morning Travis seems to only be there for a paycheck and just tells everyone "I don't know" or "you'll have to wait for the manager"

Debbie was our customer service rep at the Kanab Verizon store. And she turned a nightmare into a wonderful experience. Her warmth and knowledge really helped us through trying to move a phone service interstate. She and Chloe were just an amazing duo. I highly recommend going in and visiting them
