“This place is definitely not a 2 star motelas stated in google. After the renovation, it is at least a 3-4 star hotel. The room was exactly as the recent pictures from other guests and we were pleasantly surprised how accurate the pictures were. We stayed for 2 nights and the rooms were very clean. Everything was new and stylish (retro vibe). Very smart renovations. Loved the place.

“We just dropped in to inquire about a room and the owner offered us his favorite room at a wonderful price! The king room was beautiful, extremely comfortable and spacious, the service was outstanding and the breakfast food - delicious. He made recommendations to us for dinner, which we heeded on our return trip. We also stayed here on our return trip home and was extended the same courtesy and wonderful service! I highly recommend this hotel.”

“Best Western Red Hills in Kanab have clean and well-kept rooms, with very comfortable beds.
Friendly and Helpful Staff: Thanking the staff, special shout for Orlena & Leslie for their kindness and willingness to assist us.
The hotel is situated within walking distance of restaurants and shops, and it's also well-placed for visiting nearby attractions.
The complimentary breakfast is adequate.
The outdoor pool and hot tub is cleaned daily.

“We’ve been on a 3 week roadtrip to see the west. Spent 4 days here while exploring. Of ALL the motels we’ve stayed in, Aikens lodge was clearly our most favorite. Clean quaint rooms, close to everything . But the management, Maria and Charlie went above and beyond to make our stay an excellent one. Would love to visit here again!”
“Rooms are very clean and roomy. Great location in Kanab. Hotel is pet friendly. Very easy parking for all type of cars and trucks. Walking distance to a few place to eat. Best scrambled eggs I have had a hotel.

“A true gem...very laid back...very motorcycle friendly...my room had been remodled...plumbing did have some character...adjust water at spout and let run for a few b4 jumping in shower...bed was very comphy...all the girls on staff were absolutely great...that is except one german lady who was rude from the get go and just down right strange...avoid her...all and all a good stay on a cross country motorcycle trip...and you can pay directly to motel and i recamend it as opposed to Exp...Hot.com...etc...Thanks G!!!”

“The owners, Mr. and Mrs. Allen are wonderful and welcoming. They shared recommendations of where to go out on the trails nearby. Their willingness to share a lifelong knowledge of the area had us feeling like we were visiting friends. The rooms are cozy and spotless. Walking distance (maybe a block) from Family Dollar if you want ice, snacks or sunscreen. Room rate was fair, parking our truck and side by side was easy and location was good. We will be back.”

“Oh my, I can't say enough good things about this lovely Inn. Allie, manager, accommodated us beyond our expectations when caring for our emergency visit. Jesse directed us to Blu taco, YUM, and Dolly and co-worker were a pleasure serving breakfast. JC helped us too with luggage. These folks were the best of customer service and caring kindness. Rooms clean, Atmosphere excellent, Perfect cowboy decor. We will return!”

“We had a wonderful experience staying here for a week while visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks! The staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and bed extremely comfortable, and hot tub was great to relax after long hikes.
The staff went above and beyond to give us “to go” breakfast bags so we could still eat even though we left for the parks before normal breakfast hours - thank you!!
The town is charming, walkable, and has plenty of grocery store, restaurant, and gift/tourist shopping options.

“We had a GREAT experience here during our stay, and the price was VERY reasonable, especially for Kanab during the summer, yes it is an older hotel so OF COURSE wear & tear is expected, the staff were VERY accommodating and kind, the place was clean and the beds comfy for a solid sleep, THANK YOU for a wonderful stay!! We most definitely will rebook when back in Kanab, thank you!!”

“The hotel is pretty good for the price. Location is great and the king bed room was spacious, included a couch, microwave, coffee machine and fridge.
The bed was clean, but there were some stains on the walls as well as a few strands of hair in the bathtub and an empty toilet paper roll.”

“It wasn't incredibly clean, but the service and breakfast (which is extra) were very good! They use real plates, not disposable ones, which I think is a big plus. The location is great for hiking and biking.”
