This is a great facility to rent a storage unit. Big clean units with no risk of flooding and a secure location to deter any would-be Crooks. Renting and payment is very easy through the website and monthly text reminders can be elected that provide the link for you to make payments.
The owners are very nice people and I am very happy I chose to rent from Kanab storage.

I recommend this storage unit compared to others in town!Super grateful for all the positive experiences we have had with the management of Kaibab Storage. From day 1 of us moving to Kanab, they were so helpful and accommodating with getting us into a unit and letting us know when a bigger one came available. Easy access and maneuvering within their facilities has been helpful to us with our trucks and trailers.One time my unit door wouldn’t shut and they assisted me immediately with putting it in the track. The units are very clean and it looks like they are expanding (yay). Thank you for all your help and making payments easy to manage through your online portal and also allowing us flexibility when payment info needed to be updated. You guys are great!

They will prorate you when you move in, then shaft you if you move out early. Decide you will keep the place until your rent runs out? They take it over anyway. Either way they win.
