I used the washing machine that have the debit/ credit card option. Because everything else was being used and it wouldn't take any quarters, So I used my debit card. It said $6.50 for a wash and when I looked at my receipt on my bank account it charged me $10.00 ! What a ripoff.....don't trust that machine!

Paid for $12 car wash. Undercarriage wash not working, Overhead brush did not do hood. Called the contact number and no response.

As we entered the lot at 9, the place was closing and the employees looked right at us as we pulled up and attempted to do our laundry. The place was supposed to close at 10pm... it would've been nice to have an updated time of closure. Not cool.
